Check your battery connections and have your battery load tested at a parts store. :tiphat:
I will first thing in the morning. But I also realized that the fogs turn on as soon as I crank my key. So I have no idea what's going on with that.

If your battery and connections check out fine, you might wanna start a thread, you'll get more/different responses that way.

Kenny, isn't it obvious? It's your truck's way of saying it didn't like being teased about getting a projector retrofit!! :raspberry:

But yeah, :iagree: with Garth, battery connections first. Did you do any quad or 6 beam mods?

Nope no quad beams or anything. Just regular lows and fog operation. And lol! I'm about to order some new head lights. Or get a go pro

Well I just did a couple of little things today, turned out to take about 5 hours by myself just taking it easy. Installed a Corvette servo and did a fluid/filter change to Dex 6.

The reason it took so long for those who don't know you have to remove the exhaust mid pipe, rear transmission mount, and lower the transmission down about 4 inches to get to the servo. I had a good time as i find working on my truck quite relaxing, and also figured out a way to get my exhaust about an inch further away from the tranny. :wooot:

PICS: it did happen :pictures: Enjoy :celebrate:

Yeah next time you come up i want to throw the stockers on there and run some people. I have a lot of friends ready to get together and run. we may run down to the drag strip in lagrange. it's only 30 minutes from here
That'd be loads of fun man, plus we'd get some good vids from the track with my camera too

My bud took her for a spin and was surprised she had some giddyup to her, nothing like his 1983 Mustang Saleen though that he's used to driving

Did my first oil change on it. Also ran seafoam through the oil and into the vacuum line. I love doing that because it is like driving a fog machine for a few minutes. Then I inspected the front suspension for a rattle I hear every so often. Couldn't find anythjng. I will check the back tomorrow.

Just take it off. De-badge it to keep'em guessing!
Except a TB is a pretty distinct styling, so it'd be fruitless. I was wondering for shining purposes. I'm fairly committed to remaining stock at least until my loan is paid.

Point taken. I wouldn't use anything even mildly corrosive, could very easily fog the plastic. Use windex and a microfiber towel to clean it, but as far as polishing I'm not even sure plastic polishing compound would work? It might eat through the 'chrome' layer. I took off or painted over every bit of fake plasticky chrome crap I could.. gotta figure out a way to do the inside door handles now... :undecided:

Towed the utility trailer and dropped off a riding mower to it's owner and went to the lumber yard to pick up some planks to build a desk for my oldest. Went for lunch with my wife too. Easy day for the heavy Chevy!

Installed the new fuel pump, repaired the fuel line fittings, reinstalled everything else. Now I just need to get some gas. Also as a bonus I finally installed my new aluminum skid plate
