2011-08-04 20.21.06.jpg Then there was the biggest mistake in my life my 2006 Range Rover Sport. Bought it straight out the dealer in late 2005. Let's just say I've never looked at anything built by land Rover ever again.

My beloved 1995 Fleetwood. I miss this car so very much. Handled like it was on rails! So much fun to drive.

No, This car was bought by my Grandmother shortly after my parents bought their 68 Camaro SS cuz she wanted something sporty too. But since it was her daily driver she ordered the 325hp, bench seat, with turbo 400 column shift... This was however, an early production car made before the GM strike so it has the SS396 side marker emblems and the SS emblems on the steering wheel and door panels.

Nice, my '69 is also the L35 325Hp. Nice having the early car, no Buick interior which I heard was done during the strike at some point.

Very nice. 68 & 69 are my favorite body style for the Chevelle

Going through the posts I have seen some amazing mouth watering machines :salivate:. When I get enough money I will certainly get either the 1970 Chevelle or the 69 Charger. Both are amongst my favorites. I just can't stand the new cars with technology driving rather than me.

Back to reality now. I have owned exactly two cars so far:

1. 2000 Toyota Camry

Was a passed down car of my dads when he got himself his Yukon Denali. I had some great times in it and had it slightly modded just before we sold it

2. 2009 Chevrolet Trailblazer

My Own car. One I plan on having for a long time as I absolutely love this beast...

What I have done to it so far is listed in my build thread in my sig below

Not quite a lot but hey I am just 17 !

(Pics will be up shortly)

Back when I had an 83 Chevy C20 I spent a lot of time on gmsquarebody.com and lots of peoples other rides were GMT360s... well, I'm continuing that trend (maybe) because I'm soon going to buy either a square body (73-87 trucks, up to 91 Suburbans) or late GMT400 (95+, i don't like the pre-95 interior) in addition to my GMC Envoy.

I couldn't find another thread like this in a quick search/browse so I'm sorry if it's redundant, but let's share our other GM rides besides for Trailblazer/Envoy/etc. Please do not post any non-GM rides, even if you like them, I won't  can always start your own thread if you want to post your Ford or Dodge or unamerican thingy!

Picked up a new DD in the form of an LS1 powered 2001 Trans Am Convertible. Nice lil car and should do well for awhile. Only 71K miles on it and is 1 of 11 convertibles with the chameleon paint in 01.

Nope. I am not sure why you would hate having an incredible color, but you like miatas as well. This was the last year this color was offered and second to the last year of Firebird production. Only 89 T/A Convertibles were produced in this color during the entire LS1 run (1998-2002). I could sell it and make 25% profit now...not a dime extra paid by me. I knew more about the car than they did.

Opel Kadett wagon - 67 or 68. The first car I owned 100% myself. Bought for $50, put $250 into it. Lasted two years of college. 1971-73.

1973 Levi's AMC Gremlin: First NEW car. Drove 29 hours Boston to Florida two weeks after buying it on our honeymoon. The sticker stripes were part of the Levi's package. The white LACE sticker appliques were my idea, to slightly pretty it up it for my new bride, who was not impressed because her feminism conflicted with any traditional girliness.

Love the classic pictures. Had to explain to my 7 year old daughter that they were taken with a camra that's not built into a phone

I had the same car prior to getting married(69 Firebird), it was navy blue with a white interior and 350 big block.

Other rides are currently;
2010 Chevy Equinox
2005 Mazda 3
2008 VW Jetta
And of course my 2005 Envoy
Prior to that mini vans, cavaliers etc. to many to list. I was a big car guy back in the day.

I miss that firebird sometimes. Bought it for like $3k, and sold it for 4k. I had the 350 also, rebuilt it at the base auto hobby shop, and promptly got shipped overseas...

Yes I know the feeling, mine was showroom condition purchased from my family doctor when his kids started playing in it. Had it for many years and stored in my parents garage. Had to sell her after I got married and bought our first house, no regrets just was really hard at the time.

I picked up this 2000 JDM Legacy a few weeks ago. 85000 kms and the Twin Turbos make it slightly more fun than my old KK Jeep

:offtopic: How did you find getting insurance for it? I recently heard that getting insurance for right hand drives to be a real PITA and $$$.

In BC they are used to them and the rate is actually comprable to LHD, I am $20 per month more than my Jeep was in Ontario. The fun may come when i move across the country to Nova Scotia...

Depending on the day I can be found behind the wheel of this. 1996 F350 Dually 460 Big Block, Automatic. It's a stripper model, 6-Passenger bench, crank windows and WORKING AIR! Formerly a Pennsylvania State Police horse hauler. It's done 75k miles, and the tranny has already been rebuilt. (I presume all the towing helped)

Popped some new wheels on the DD. Seeing the pic above with the gold wheels has my mod bug itching now though. I think with the right gold/copper/bronze tone it could look good.

I used to drive this 76 Triumph TR6 to high school. My dad redid it in the late 80s and then most of the last decade it has sat. I ordered him up some new wheels n tires since the other dryrotted and he had a bunch of seals n stuff redone to eliminate leaks, but it runs and drives great now, so he has been tooling around in the sunshine with it. Finally got a decent picture to share...

That is a nice looking truck!
Thanks! The sad thing about getting the LTZ trim, there isn't that much to 'mod'. I find myself reading others post on how to upgrade/mod parts of their truck, that I already have as part of the trim package... the mod bug in me wants to do stuff to the truck.. lol..
