Got my tranny cooler mounted and mocked up. Ran one line to check the length needed. Decided to copy @Bow_Tied 's method, only needed a slight bit of trimming at the lower corner by the headlight.

When I get around to flushing the system, I'll hook up the other line.

Well... I went to turn my tb on today and the freaking heat doesn't work again. What I'm thinking is the blower motor needs replaced, I'm thinking the blower motor is pulling too much power through the resistor and frying the resistor. I'm done messing with it and it's cheaper if I just take it to the shop so no heat for me this week

Since I had daylight to spare, decided to change the oil early, just to get it out of the way.

Swapped old crusty here for a new one. I went at it from topside and while not horrible I did wish I was left handed for a bit. Love the invisible fastener theme on these rides too.

Replaced the brother-in-laws igntion switch. Took me about 15 minutes if that. I also installed his led highs I had laying around in my house for the past few weeks.

Made this video for everyone on YouTube who wanted Christmas lights on their vehicle but didn't know how to go about it

I love click bait. :hopeless:

Just drove it 400 miles back home. Totaled 954.x miles for the 4 day weekend, rode and drove good. Got caught in traffic a few times and plenty of rain, kept it 70-80mph and somehow got 20ish mpg, yeah, surprised me too. Put 20 gallons in before leaving, 400 miles later the gauge is a tick or two higher than before I got gas.

Got a noise in the front that's been going on a few weeks that I've got to check, thinking something in the lower control arms because everything else up front has been done, rear brakes are starting to complain, knew they were getting close for a few months, and she's getting a little floaty so I think shocks soon. Other than that I'm pleased.

Decided to start my brake job and tire rotation a little early since there was a little bit of daylight left when I got home. Got her up on stands, and wheels moved into their rotated positions. Will do the rest of the job in the morning.

I don't think you will find any of the staff members that have a resonator on there. If they do maybe I should drop them.

Replaced the knee bolster with a "new" one from the local pull-a-part. They have 6 TB's there and they're all too light in colour and none of them had the new style 4wd switch. There was an Envoy SLT that was the right colour so I snagged it for the princely sum of $13. All the rear doors were shit.

They were all LS's, 02's and 03's with on 06. The Envoy was an 03.

Added some power steering fluid because this morning, she groaned like a whore at work. Now the question is, where's it leakin'?

Tested out the 4WD and A4WD. Yes, I said A4WD. Apparently the auto mode on the transfer case on the GMT900 is actually very usable unlike the A4WD mode on the GMT360 t-case. Either it works extremely smoothly and well as described, or I had better traction than I thought I might and it never had to push power to the front. Either way, the truck handled the occasional mucky spots today quite well.

Getting my Denali bumper prepped to be put on this weekend. Already painted but the passenger side mount was missing. I checked two Envoys that were wrecked on the driver's side and both didn't even have the passenger side. So I'll have to get creative with mounting the passenger side. I have a couple ideas so one should work.
