Pretty productive day down here. After truck tinkering, came home and decided to take advantage of the weather cooling off due to the rain that stopped, yet still cloudy skies. Pulled out the ladder and cleaned out the gutters. Not only were they clogged with leaves, as I suspected, but about 1/3 full of roofing material that washed/rubbed off the shingles.
So after clearing as much by hand as I could, doubled back with the hose and washed the gritty material out. Another unexpected surprise, in the clogged up downspouts, ants had built nests. After the first fist full got pulled out, tons of ants were crawling everywhere. Almost fell off the ladder the first time
Now, got laundry running, some Shark Week on the DVR, and wondering what I want to stuff my face with later.
It runs!
... on a project I truly do not want to be a part of...
Trying to figure out what I need to do to fix my rough idle problem.
Check out a couple of my threads for ideas. The guys here have been really helpful.
I have read most of them, I'm thinking it is my SAI system, I have cleaned the throttle body and changed spark plugs and cam position sensor, I'm thinking it's either the SAI or the crankshaft position sensor, but I have a code for the SAI so ill fix that first
