Thanks!

Have you considered debadging your SS? Personally, I think it looks great with the black paint.

I've always joked with Nancy (Mrs. Short Bus) if she gets a Tahoe, I will debadge the TA leaving her with HOE
Mine is temporary. I've got an order with Stef that will be replacing the OEM badge.

After breaking my prototype Icon coilovers (and no time to finish the machining to correct the design flaw) I ran with old struts with unknown springs for over a year. I got sick of them, and was convinced I was losing at least 2" of lift from the saggy springs, I bought all new stuff. 89 springs (the stiffest OEM option), new Bilsteins, and Mark's best spacer. Put them in and got back 4" (!!!!!) of lift I had been missing. Front wheelwell lip now 40" from the ground again!

Longer report later (and in another thread) about the reason I didn't go back to my previous BDS spacers, and how much better I found Mark's design to be.

Installed

Nice thing about a body lift: You can install struts from the side without ever opening your hood and getting out the required step-stool.

Took off the GM badges next to the SS badge then took off the TRAILBLAZER badge on the rear. Now I need an LS2 badge to replace the trailblazer one.

Cleaned the throttle body and put on a new K&N cone filter. Apparently the lifetime warranty doesn't cover operator error. Oh well, only can learn by f***ing up right?

Ordered more Amsoil and a Wix filter for the Voy. Checked the oil (that's getting changed next weekend) and aired up the tires. Right rear was really low. My daughter has been driving it quite a bit lately. Thought it felt a little weird while driving.

Taking the cover off is simple. It's finding the right bulb lol that's where my problem has been.

loll Oh I didn't find the bulbs for it...thats what I am wondering on lol I mean its not high priority you know but still nice to have it all match

Use a small flathead screw driver and wedge it in that the small opening on inside edge of lightup cover and it will come off easily my friend

Sorry for double posting

Wow now that's surprising. I'd thought they would be the same. So what kind does your envoy use?

No idea honestly, I'll snap a picture tomorrow of the bulb. MAY03LT gave me what it can be...I'm going to look into it and see if it matches and go from there I guess lol

I didn't do it today but on Friday I pulled the rear rotors and adjusted the e-Brake so it would pass inspection.
I don't think I have ever had them check it before, I never use it.

Not even for testing purposes? In case you need it in, like, an emergency?
