Just to update, I just finished rewiring the lights. 2 relays, 2 switches.

Outside lights:

Inside lights:

Definitely like the two switch set up better, and they're way more accessible than the original switch.

Everything handling the power better and staying cool now?

Quick wash and oil got changed. Getting it prepped for a 4 hr drive so I can go to a Blink 182 concert next week.

Taking it to mdb fab for a weekend of welding

Placed an order at Rockauto.

The TB is getting liftgate struts (yay), a cam sensor (cruise issue), and a fuel filter.

The 2500 is getting door hinge pins and bushings (yay), and an ACD cap and rotor. The borg/warner crappy cap and rotor lasted 8 months before the intermittent no start/weak spark condition came back).

No pics or video yet, but quad turn signal and brake lights to go with my quad tails :wootwoot: (A big THANK YOU to MAY03LT for leading the way on these )

Me and the truck spent the day at mdb fab.

Blew up my new sub. Tried as hard as I could, but the magic smoke would not go back in.

I used 3 coats that seems recommend. yeah vht, going to try another maybe might like just a little darker. They were still pretty bright/visible.

Looks good. U could prolly go a lil darker. Did u clear em too?? I sprayed 3 coats and 3 coats of clear. Sanded em down and waxed em up.

Here is a pic of them lit up

Those look good! I didn't clear coat them, I actually uses a couple clear coats of plasti dip first then 3 coats vht. Wanted to see if. I liked it first, going to peel it off tomorrow and do the right way. What was exact process that you used? Sandpaper wax ect..

Used plastic adhesion promoter. 3 coats vht. Sand with 2000 grit. 3 coats of clear wet sanded last clear with 2500 grit and waxed.

New style fan clutch in...lets see what codes it throws

Took my TB to hang with the 'go fast' boys from SSOwners at a meet today. Forgot to take pics at the actual meet, here's one when we went to Quaker Steak and Lube afterwards with the stragglers.

Nice, is that a Typhoon towards the other end? Don't see many of those still around.

I was out of town here's my highlights of what i did with the TB. Thursday: Drove through Ontario to Buffalo, NY, sat in customs for over an hour, visited family, went to Niagara Falls for two days. Saturday: Drove back through Ontario, sat in customs for an hour, and arrived back home. Killed millions of bugs along the way. Very nice trip overall.

Yes it is, good eye. It had forced induction too, so when we got on the highway, even though I was the lead truck, 2 trucks ahead, when he stomped on the skinny pedal, I could hear that thing spooling up. :drooling:

De-pin stripped. Like it better without them!

Yeah, All the Typhoons and Syclones have the intercooled-turbocharger. Wicked trucks. Guy in my neighborhood growing up had a Syclone, and it was just stupid fast.

How exciting!! Its like getting a new car almost lol Go wake your bug up, its got some itching to do :rotfl:

Yesterday discovered a tire rub problem in the front of my truck. Can't figure out why because I replaced a stock set of wheels and tires with another stock set of wheels and tires. I know I changed wheel size from a 15" to a 17" but I did raise the truck 3.5" with a body lift and cranked the t-bars.

I'm thinking it has something to do with the back spacing.

Today I drew a sample of my oil to send off to Oil Analyzers Inc to see how my 25k oil is holding up. I am at 15k on the oil change today, I am sure that I can get another 10k out of it before I have to change it again.

How often are you changing the filter?
