So what is bent? No reason it would not be fine unless something needs replaced.

Not sure. They service tech showed me too, and everything looks fine. Since the readings are very borderline, he said that no long term problems such as tire wear will occur. It's probably not worth diagnosing and fixing.

So when are you bringing it to me so I can tell you what is wrong?

I thought you told me that you wanted me to mod so that your heat was always on high, and that you had no need for traction control or cruise control. Make up your mind already! :raspberry:

Sometime soon. I have a problem with my air conditioner too. I'll give you a buzz when I'm not busy.

Install the PAC GM12 so I now have a aux jack for my factory head unit. Put the switch and a 3.5mm jack in the arm rest. Works great, very happy.

Can u post a pic of this setup

I didn't take any pics of the install, it's pretty basic. There's instructions around on how to get the dash off. Once you get that figured out the GM12 goes in line with one of the connectors on the back of your head unit. There's two other wires, a brown ground wire you can just wrap under a near by screw and a red power wire you need to find 12 volts for. They suggest a switched 12 volt line but I couldn't find one so I just tapped one of the power jacks. I'll snap a pic later of the connectors in the arm rest.

So the first one is the dismantle and the second is the location of my switch and aux jack. Works great for me because I just keep a 3.5mm stereo cord in the arm rest.

i finished off my Dad's '06 Rado's interior bulb color swap... for the GMT355's, you dont need LED's to change the interior bulb colors.. you can just buy different silicone light covers and voila!! color changed!!..

a pic of the 4x4 switch and how you change the bulb covers...

Performed the cabin filter install after stumbling onto a previous thread. Slightly bitter knowing I could have had a nice clean A/C evaporator coil. I figured after 9 1/2 years that the coil would be dirty, I picked up a can of coil cleaner and the Fram cabin filter.

Granted it's tight under there, I was able to use a good length straw (not the one pictured) and soaked the coil from the top on down allowing it to foam up. Waited a few minuted and soaked it again. With the filters out, I ran the A/C to soak the coil and allow it to self-rinse. I collected some of the flow out of the tube and it was definately nasty.

After about 15 minutes, I shut it down and sprayed some water in there with a spray bottle and rinsed away the residue that was on the plastic, spraying the coil with water also and used a small shoe box to catch as much drippage as I could, then turned the fan on HIGH again letting it dry out.

All in all it was successful, along with the rest of us....I don't understand the reasoning behind eliminating the filter.

Speedo is about as close as I can get it for now...

Pcm reports 100 kph, 3 gps devices report between 100.5 - 101 kph.

Knew I was saving those last 2 hpt credits for a reason.

Recycled Some Dome LEDS, had to take off my hatch interior panel and the plate holder to get a good grip on the old ones they were "burnt" in but this marks the start of the SS exterior LED swap
My license plate is all over this site, to much work to blur that out.

Ordered Kicker DS650 speakers for the Voy based upon STLtrailbSS's recommendation. I've replaced head units before but this will be the first time I'm doing speakers.

68,000 miles.

when you do it like that do you have to do anything specific ie bleed them? this is the first time i have heard of this? im assuming you use a baster and pull as much out as you can, then top up with new?

Started rotating the tires on Friday. When I was trying to retorque at 100FT/LBS I broke 10 studs on my wheel spacers. I believe the tire shop used an impact wrench to put the wheels back on after I had them balanced. Had to go to the auto parts store and get the new studs pressed in.

Now when installing the drivers side bulb, I broke the plastic white filament cover in the pic below. Do I now need to replace the brand new bulb?

White tube on the left of the bulb is what I broke

If the lamp still ignites then it should be fine. My HID lamp has had that broken for the better part of 2 years....still fires up every time.

Sounds great! It still works just fine now I won't need to worry.
