Got some thing painted and laid out for install tomorrow. Ought to look fairly decent I think

Chasing slow starting/ weak battery issues.

160-180A cold cranking amp draw, reman alt charging at 14.6 volts which IMO seems slightly high but doesn't go above 14.6V, 14.5-14.6 when running and changing loads.

My trusty Optima yellow top may be on it's last leg, slow charging now to see how it does. Someone at Batt-plus about 8 years ago told me he had his yellow top put on a shaker and brought it back to life. Not sure what type of shaker but gives me an idea, don't really like the idea of it but will do some research.

Got the skyjacker rear shocks installed

Today I swore at it after a drive. I'm getting to much vibration in my steering wheel when I make a left or right turn. Seems like my pumps going -_-. Why can't all this shit happen all at once

Did you grease the slider or the hinges or both

I'm not sure about the terminology. There were exposed silver hinges that were pretty simple looking. I hit those. Then there was also this thing that you had to remove a rubber grommet where a hinge went into what looked like ball bearings. I'm pretty sure that's the thing that makes your door stop from just flying all the way open. I sprayed grease all in there as well and then put the grommet back in place.

filled up with 91 octane, changed oil and filter, cleaned throttle body, working on air box mod and looking for a sawzall

Took the beaSSt out for some fresh air.. freakish 60* and sunny weather, I just had to...

Continued with pre-winter prep work. Clay barred then applied polishing compound to the roof, then waxed it. Clay barred and waxed about 3/4 of the rest of the truck too.

Specs on those?

Wheels are just too wide for the tire and the holes in the center make it look incomplete. Easy fix with some center caps. Good stance though and for as cheap as those steel wheels are, they are made good and strong.

Wheels and stance look good!

Some wheels look better without the caps IMHO. To repeat...You get center caps?

Broke her today. Transmission toast.
Good thing for warranty OR is it??

17x8 Cragar Soft 8's with 1" adapters. About 1" of poke, but I like the stance. It's going to sit a little lower after winters over. I think the wheels were around $380sh shipped to my door, and the adapters were around $140. I'm happy with the stance, everyone says it looks super aggressive when I'm behind them.
