Found these rims online called dub ballers, the smallest size is 22x9.5 and have the 6x5.5 pattern (so adapters are needed)
But they remind me a lot of vossen cv3s
They could look very nice on the right gmt

like the style but not the size. I'd scuff up the rim lips just looking at em!
Can't imagine what the ride feels like.

Also, can NOT stop staring at that chrome on the Yukon. It screams class but the wheels say sport? Idk if it's fugly or not.

Nice photoshop job Ryda  They look good. Try a photoshop of em on your truck bro

Thanks, it looks really good but honestly for the price that these cost and to run adapters i'd rather go and buy a set of SS repros :raspberry:
And use the extra money saved on the belltech lowering kit

But seeing my truck on something bigger than the denali 18"s...... :inlove: :jawdrop2: :banghead:

Those lines look like the normal buildup around the moldings, did you try buffing the lines out? I would be more concerned about your truck being upside down

Haha yea its not build up, i had to clean everything off to make sure the new double sided tape stuck
Further examination of my truck and you could tell everything was re-clearcoated except the trunk and hood
But i had to do something to my truck while i was down there so i took off the SLT badges :raspberry:

Update: my dad said that he'd wet sand the steps down for me if i wanted so the mouldings might still be coming off :)

Drove it in the rain and laughed at several top less jeeps caught in same storm. Roof came in mighty handy today.

Broke down and put in some of those cool Redline hood struts. I love 'em. They certainly are going to come in handy this summer when my efan, intake, and tuned PCM come in! :undecided:

Had my radio playing and turned my headlights on. For some reason when my HIDs are on I'm getting some background static in the radio. Hm. Going to have to tinker with that.

I found some simple and cheap wheels I'd love to run on my truck if/when I lift it, but they of course are the wrong bolt pattern
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/sum-84-6883/overview/

A set of 4 of those would cost me around the same as wheel adapters but give me a look I like. But of course they are only 6x5.5 bolt pattern, and then if I was to do both the adapters and those wheels the backspacing would make them stick way out.

So.... looks like stock wheels it is.

How's radio reception with the antenna relocation? :undecided:

Its actually not bad at all, im underground and i still get 92.5,93.5,104.5,99.9,102.1 lool
pretty much all the normal channels with no static
At first i just capped the antenna with a bolt and i couldnt catch any stations other than edge and 99.9 and they sounded like complete crap

Shaved my bumper. No more ugly pad

I like it on the black on the white SS that's just a dirt reservoir.

I am gonna get some nice rubber grommet plugs to cover the holes...till I have the funds to do it the "right" way.

Booo that's not shaved hahaha. Looks much better without the pad, but you gotta do something about those holes. Hope those rubber plugs look good

Rubber plugs sounds like all you need. Fill and Paint money is efans.

Haha. ..me too.

ordered the last part for the turbo build (wastegate flex pipe...tired of screwing around trying to get all the welds to line up)

:lightbulb: I really need some opinions...should I take out the stereo/headunit/speakers from the envoy and put them in the crown vic? (all will be hidden) and then in the envoy I will just have the wonderful soundtrack of the turbo and blow off valve along with the exhaust. I feel I will just will be too paranoid to blast music and will be constantly listening to the engine and makes it lights + less of a break in risk for sure! and, I dont want the system draining the power to the pcm, efans, and all the other electronics. The crown vics in desperate need for a stereo since that is my daily driver. I will just be so happy with the envoy being done and being more like a dedicated racer

I need some opinions with this idea...what do you think? (just msg me so I dont blow up the thread thank you! )

You could give me a full built LSX block SS drag truck

That thing better have a damn stereo in it I cant live without one. Im already expiriencing the constraints of performance builds so I understand budget but kicker makes an aux amp now no head unit needed would be perfect for that voy get something in there.
Small and Simple 2 channel I mean its something to cruise to.

^this is pretty cool, should def get one of these but i still think a cluster to replace the headunit would look cool also:tongue:

that is awesome! I had no idea kicker made one like that. I just feel I will be listening for something to go wrong and not even let my subs hit with all the amp draw from both fans, gauges, purge valve, and a power inverter for my computer.

I know what you mean about not having music IT IS TERRIBLE! but I couldnt really enjoy music in the voy without ruining the blow off and spooling sounds, and the exhaust drone makes it tough to hear haha. But I will consider getting this kicker in the near future

Wire a 2nd battery I have a Kinetic that cranked the 6.0L and powered the car I didn't even know my battery was dead till my amps started cutting out. I have 3 Amps ran off mine. Never had a voltage dip I ran a 1200watt inverter off it as well. [EBAY]360672329697[/EBAY]

You will stop worrying about the build once its gets "broken in" then you can enjoy it haha

You cant pick up a women and not have music when she gets in...

She hit 100k today. I wasn't there to witness it though. Wifey had the truck and didn't seem to share my enthusiasm for the landmark, so no pics of the event. :(

nope...still that damn fuel level sensor!
haven't had $300 I could justify spending on it quite yet...hahaha
sadly, I put about $20 in her, and I can guage how long it'll last, and go that way :frown:
I'll get it done, maybe next paycheck?

i didnt know you had a fuel sensor problem. LOL $300 buck ouch!! Yeah i think that would be a lil farther down my list too.

I was just trying to be funny man! i had myself cracking up over here tho lol

My fuel light comes on upon startup but it never comes on and ive taken it down prety far and it just wont come on. What confuses me is that my manual says i have a 22 gallon tank i think it is and the EXT should be 25:confused: Anyways the most gas ive gotten in her was 17.5 gallons which leads me to believe i might have a 18 gallon tank? Weird

GM actually had a recall on the fuel gauge sensor. I received the recall in the mail about 6 months ago. GM would cover 50% of the cost until my vehicle reached 120,000 miles. Then it was all on me. I think it only cost me about $125 at the stealership (paying 50%) I would check and see if the recall is out for your TB as well.
