Replaced my leaky driver side tail light. Looks much better.

The ebay seller I got the original set from has some pretty darn good CS. I asked if they sold singles since these were also well out of warranty, and they said no but they could sell me a new pair at a discount which was pretty nice of them.

Yellow, but not 55 watt, 50 watt bulbs melted one of my housings.

I have had Nokya and liked them. If you want to stay with Nokya these will be safe

I agree with Short Bus, 55w is too much heat for the small fog light housing. The white looks good, but I am sure the yellow will be more functional for the weather you guys get up there. You could use white for the summer and yellow for the winter. Definitely easier on the eyes in snow.

Will do man. I will install it in the morning and take her for a test drive. I am sure I will not see any MPGs gained until I can keep the skinny pedal off of the floor lol.

Used it to drive my dad to go pick up the newest truck to our fleet.

I no longer have the only GM in the family.

That is the truth lol. It doesn't get old quick though. So be prepared to spend a little more on gas for a while..

I think you meant to say the largest deer, with over 2dozen points, today. Thing didn't move, dropped its shoulder on you and this is all the damage that came of it. He walked away. You were expecting a lot more damage than what occurred:wink:

Hey the thing went flying bounced right off my bumper lmao. I was so surprised, I hit a similar one when I had my Buick Lacrosse and it ffffffffed up the front end, needed a new bumper, headlight, fender, hood, passenger door and radiator. I was quite surprised that the headlight didn't even break. Just pushed in enough to break the mount

Long story short, my old man creamed a deer broadside, he says he hit brake first-no he didn't!, at highway speed and thing went sliding in front of us. This was in a rental '07 4runner. Drove it back to my place no problem. Parked beside the TB and was SO happy I wasnt driving. The few inches in bumper height saved the radiator. I dont think the TB would've driven home:no:

Next day he picked up a full size Durango and we saved 2 cars off the trails in the sierra's. Funny how the chick is happy to see help and the dude is all pissed. Relax man, only here to help-unless you got this:rotfl:

Installed the PCM this morning and took her for a quick test drive. All I have to say is damn, feels like a new truck! The firmer shift points (level 2) and reduced torque management (80%) definitely gives the vehicle the added power and driveability it has been missing. I did go WOT on a short strech of road and I was at 60mph before I knew it :wootwoot: I wish I would have had my PCM tuned years ago! :duh: Well worth the money man, I would definitely put this ontop of the mod list.

After the short test drive, I see what you are talking about  I might as well budget another $100.00 in the gas fund for the month! I think I am going to go out of my way today while running errands and hit up the interstate to she what she can really do!

Just curious, what gasoline grade did you get tuned for?

I tuned it for 93 octane. I have always put in 93 since the day I bought the TB. Plus I figured why not get the most out of the tune. You have the option to tune for 87 octane through 93 octane.

Hey guys, haven't been on in a long time!

I decided to start installing stuff that I have been slowly collecting.

Moved and finished my iPad RamMount

Finally converted my window mount for my old phone to my new Note 2!

Here is a shot of both in action!

Haha I just meant the "lazy a**" way" these aftermarket mirrors do seem a little more transparent which is good for my choice of white. I usually work 10-12 hour days so my mods usually wait till off days and that's not till Tuesday

Ran #2 welding cable through the 'Hoe. Have I ever mentioned that I hate feeding large gauge cable through the firewall? :hissyfit: This will feed a power inverter and an amp.
