How'd you wire it up?? Are pics or write-up coming or what?? Lolz!

Right now its grounded to a bolt up by the headlights and thats just wrapped around the Megafuse post for pictures. Im still thinking of a wiring set up I got a ton of slack zip tied lol maybe with the Fogs or I may do a switch all together.

Maybe lighting up your rad might not be a bad idea after all :rotfl:

Exactly Im trying to figure out how to light the whole grill but i kind of like the half look. everyway i look at it on the bottom you will clearly see the strip effect instead of a diffused even coverage of light. I might light up my bowtie as well but that will be an always on with headlight set up.

as I said in Zach's (spadz) thread on ssowners.. that grille mod looks the best on the white SS'... with the amount of LED's I have, I say no to rice... looks good man.. and serves a second function

Rice OR Nice
They make a good hood light too.

I REALLY like this, i may do mine (with red of course). I might also do a body glow kit, but i would want to figure a way to make it easy to remove in case I ever get the money to get a nice wheeling setup.

Cleaned the throttle body, ordered caliper slide boots, cleaned air filter, and painted the skids. Then did some work on the trailer.

Got the wiring and lights working. Rigged some safety chains, but want to find a better attachment. Got plates, so I used it for a little work.

I wired up some LED's for my friends Cruze a few months back. I actually placed the strip on the metal bumper, and faced them towards the radiator. When he turns them on, it shines onto the radiator and the light glows through the entire grill both top and bottom. It looks really even, and you can't see where the light is coming from unless the hood is popped and you are looking from just the right angle. I would recommend trying to do something similar so the lower grill also lights up.

Finally got that bug guard painted to match the grill insert. Still have side moldings, rockers, and rear bumper to paint... But its getting there. The grill insert needs a second coat, too. Its taken some chips, from the road, and chrome is starting to show through. As always, Krylon Fusion satin-black.

Got the OLM to 0 (not by choice) before I changed the oil. More Amsoil OE in the Voy. I even put the "Protected by Amsoil" sticker on the engine. That should be god for 2 or 3 more HP.

On Sunday I FINALLY installed fog lights on my LS:yes:! I have been wanting to put in OEM fog lights for years but never could find the brackets to mount them to. I lucked up a few months ago and got a pair so I now have the lights mounted and hope to wire them in the next month or so. Random, but does anyone know what size threads are on the OEM fog lights? I need to get the right size nuts but I'm not sure what size they are?

Spent three good hours washing and waxing "Bertha". Water wasn't beading up anymore, and a couple of spots needed to be buffed out.

Yeah yeah its probably upside..

You should really consider a photo bucket account. So much easier than attaching thumbnails. And not terribly difficult to do from a smartphone. I do about 70% of mine from my phone. And the pictures don't show up upside down.
