.. I got my mirror lenses from the dealer.. plenty in stock there 
I've heard the issues with aftermarket mirror assemblies are the quality of the mirror glass. But you may be able to transplant your stock glass to the new ones, and be good to go.

But like you, replacing mine was pretty low on the priority list, until it dawned on me yesterday poking around a couple of junked ones. From what I see on Ebay right now, you're looking at about $12 each, so not too bad.
(but just for 3 days lol) my DD Grand Prix's rear spring on the strut assembly decided to break on me (see pix below), so the rear end is really sagging right now and damn near blew out my tire... luckily we have napa and world auto parts here and I can buy a complete strut assembly with mounts and new spring attached for anywhere from $57-$123 depending on manufacturer...

Nervous Terrified, piecing together a cam kit hopefully i will go through with this seems like a lot of crap to go wrong but the souuunnddddddd
