New Vinyl thanks to Jeff.

By far the vinyl that I like the best is my state decal. As some of you may know, my home state is Illinois but I moved to Oklahoma 5 yrs ago, so I thought I'd pay a little homage.

Looks good......did the guy that does the gmt decals do your home state decals also.......if so how can I place an order with him for a state and small banner styled gmtnation decals like yours?

Friday I got the passenger front wheel bearing replaced. It is quiet again  Then I washed it.
Saturday it unexpectedly snowed, but I didn't drive it so the snow melted off and it is still pretty clean
And just a short bit ago I put on my decals :wootwoot:

(what do you think would happen to me if I posted this on the old site in their "what did you do to your truck today" thread :rotfl:)

Yep Jeff (High Voltage) has done all the vinyl I've ever had on my truck and it's always top notch work. Send him a PM with your ideas and I'm sure he'll do what he can to make it a reality.

New Battery.

Plus BOTH the passenger and driver front hub bearings in the last month. I hope this thing isn't turning the corner into 'Money Pit Lane'....:wootwoot:

Wanted to try a snap on ratchet, heard a lot of praise about the new comfort grip ratchets. Was impressed with what I saw and how it handled. So I picked 1 up:

Spent over an hour outside in 70+ degree weather flushing the power steering system, disconnected the return line at the cooler and made my own "catch the oil drain" tool... the only mess I made was when I was filling the reservoir when I accidentally overfilled it... 3 qts of fluid later and the P/S fluid began to flow clear....

Oh and I also removed my Trailvoy.com decals while I was at it... .. time to order some GMTNation decals...

Took advantage of this nice day, and FINALLY replaced my mode actuator. Took about 30 minutes, and it fees great to finally be able to control where the air comes out. A little tip for any one who needs to do this, hand ratchets make this job a piece of cake.

Nice piece. I got the SHLF80A not too long ago. The first thing that I needed it for was breaking the front diff fill plug loose in the TB.

Or get a Envoy board that has 2 dual filament sockets for the same price as a TB board

Hmmm, I thinks I might be buying an Envoy board for some R and D. Thanks for the tip!

I took the new serpentine belt off that I just put on Monday, and then exchanged that belt for the right sized one lol. O Reilly's wanted to argue and tell me that the 92 was the right size AFTER I was told here that it needs the 90 7/8 belt. They didn't want to exchange it because it was $27 for the 92 and $17 for the 90 lol. Then I was told it wouldnt hurt anything if it was to big. I said a few friends of mine told me otherwise as they are also TB owners and voy owners. The guy basically told me you all are full of shit

Long story short...I got the 90 7/8 belt but I sure didn't pay the $17.00 after the problems the guy gave me, pissed me off. And I got it for $13.00 :wootwoot:

Now I am SURE I have the right size. Putting the 92 belt on was a freaking breeze and I needed no help, but I had to have hubby get the 90 on as I didn't have enough leverage being 4'9

LOL, guess he has never seen the amount of damage that can result from a belt slipping. You should have asked him if the same thing applies for a timing belt.

Removed the old wiring from my sunvisor monitors, still fighting with the driver side mount that I made cross threaded like a mofo. I then failed miserably to try and install an OEM one, i got 2 of the 3 clips lined up. I am having a severe issue with routing the wire for the vanity lights. Does it go through the retainer or between the retainer and the headliner.

I think I'm in love :loveintheair: A woman that works on her own truck. My wife has me get the parts after she sees something she like and install it for her. I've tried to get her to do some of the simple things with my help, but she doesn't want to mess with it.

Here are some pics of her truck, I don't have any pics since we added vent visors and tinted the front windows. Notice the 30 tag, bought it new and 3 days later it was debadged and had tinted tails

Sprayed some interior pieces with U-POL tintable bed liner. Doing the top section of the center console next and doing a black and orange headliner.
