Funny. one year my sister owed the IRS 1 cent. She actually mailed them a penny. She got a letter back saying they could not except cash and still kept the penny. So she had to write them a check for 1 cent and never got her penny back.IllogicTC said:

today we're partying with the American dudes, day 3 of the sled trip, we met three guys from Buffalo and now we're comparing Budweisers, absolute freakin party.
f*** the border, we should be the 53rd state if it wasn't for the border I would come visit way more often. You Americans are very very very cool!

Don't become a state. You have to pay taxes. Stay a territory, send representatives, and collect some American dollars from the checks they write.

In the midst of a polar vortex I bought an Air Conditioner on Ebay..
