I usually mention it months ahead so she thinks it's already spent. Like before Thanksgiving. :rotfl: Usually a snowboard trip.

Currently reading the OS' suspension pic thread. Again. :salivate:

Must be nice. We are still waiting for our W-2s

I imagine we will have them by Friday as it is the 31st. I am just hoping we do not owe WV again.

We just got the reply from our 2011 audit...they said we owed 2000, but we sent in paperwork to defend our position and got a check for 38 dollars yesterday.

Finish work, hope car starts, get home take care of dog, pay water bill at village hall, go to stealership to resign payment papers for the mrs. new vehicle, pay the stealership for there just top notch diagnostics, call insurance and hopefully get another free tow to get the TB home, install new steel post for mailbox that someone destroyed yesterday, start spraying the bolts for the tanks straps, get rid of the snow drifts in driveway so I can work on truck. Maybe I'll eat after all of that so I can go to bed and start the day over at 4 am.

Finishing taxes this morning, then going to change my withholding when I get to work. Have to swap TB and the Avy around, waiting on the dealership to install new tires and undercoat the frame, till then the TB is my snow vehicle. They keep increasing the snow totals, so I assume by tonight it will be twice what it is now.

This used to happen to me a lot. Stupid State taxes. Waste more time and energy for a dollar.

First year owe $17. Second get back $109. Now this. WV is strange, but whatever, beats having a bankrupt state.

In the midst of a polar vortex I bought an Air Conditioner on Ebay..
Well I need a cool place to have an Ale in the summer and the noisy window unit in my "pseudo man cave" was drowning out the TV. So I sprung for a Mitsubishi mini-split system...hey...this is when you get the smokin' deals, not when it's 90 with 80% humidity .....Mike.

Polar vortex here also, I built an ice rink and played hockey with my 2 kids today.

About the mini split, I've thought about those. So, this is the time to buy? I need one for our addition, it's on the south/west side of our house and has the solar load.

Got sent home from work early due to snow, went and played on some of the Trails on base and tried to get a good pic for the photo contest but it's to dark. Relaxing now waiting to see what this storm brings.

about 3-4" so far. Just went out for a Sheetz run (leave me alone im fat and I was hungry), roads are a mess, tons of plows out but I think they are waiting for it to stop before they actually plow. It wasn't that bad though, besides I love driving on fresh fluffy snow.

This is from about midnight, maybe 2".

Skinny people get hungry too.

Some towns hold off on plowing, my two old burbs, and the two I live and work in get it done almost before I do. All about the $$. Some have a lot to put towards (I live in a small area size city and work in an industrial burb with lots of trucks so they clear the main drags. One clipped me once while parked. )

I know my old landlords jacked the rent up because the association had to pay more for snow removal. Well they were out maybe four times the next year because of the two inch rule. A city can take a huge hit plowing too soon if the $$ is not there. Especially if there is no general "snow" fund to begin with.

I love hearing about towns scrambling to find a plow after it snows. :rotfl:

Working from home while my truck is in the shop getting the exhaust rebuilt. I didn't want to spend the money but it will be nice to not sound like a busted pipe rice burner and not get fumigated by exhaust when stuck in traffic.

Made it to 193k on the original manifold. Not bad.

So far most of the work I've done from home has actually been cleaning up my place a bit. Not a bad thing as it is long overdue. Turning into a semi-day off, which is fine by me.

Sitting at a tire shop waiting on the bumbling goofballs, er, I mean tire techs, to mount and balance four P165/80/R13 tires. Been here over an hour, could've done it alone in his amount of time.

No doubt. I'm a trainer for a major tire company, and some of the people that come thru have never had a tire off a wheel. Some of 'em don't know what to do when I give then an impact and an air hose lol.

BTW, what are those small tires going on, space saver spares?

Sitting at my desk, wondering how I went from juggling 3 projects, to having none in the span of a day considering I was nowhere close to being done on any of them  Hate it when management isn't on the same page with themselves. :hopeless:

In other news, I've post whored my way back into the top 15. WTH is going on here, I was outside of the top 20 a couple months ago and haven't been posting THAT much.
