I got my paper W2 this week. I'm waiting until after I check with someone as I'm not sure if I'm getting a 1099 from him this year or not. Some years I do, some I don't, depends on how much work I did. He keeps track of all that stuff which is great as I don't have to :biggrin:
 
Very sorry to hear about the accident Hatchet, and your cousins passing. I also hope the others involved make a good recovery, glad to hear the one in the hospital is doing better considering the circumstances. My condolences to you and your family.
 
I don't always have much to say in here, but I did read about your loss Hatchet. Sorry to hear. Yes, this is more than a bunch of only car nuts around these parts. Sniff...
 
Teaching a ham radio class this weekend and pinewood derby this afternoon with my boys.
 
A pretty nice Saturday actually. Go to the store to look for flooring and cabinets. Maybe a fleet store. I don't know, I don't know if we'll have time. She wants to XC ski this afternoon.
 
Going to Macy's with the wife. Need to get dead batteries swapped out on my Fossil watches. Then hitting up Travel Leaders to plan our Caribbean vacation :yes:
 
Dropping the trailblazer off to get a new cd player installed.

My boy and I will be doing a ham radio class soon. He is doing his electronics merit badge in two weeks. Fun stuff!

Telling you guys a short story, involving this quote.

I was in 9th grade, and on this day in Global Cultures class we had a substitute teacher. He kinda looked like a more crazy-haired Einstein. One of my classmates asked him, "Hey that's a nice watch. Is that a Fossil?"

He thought it was a joke about his age and sent him out of the classroom.

Well, since it's afternoon now and we have no update, I think everyone should toss out some guesses as to what happened here. :biggrin:

I think his significant other asked the preverbial "Does this/these ... make me look fat?" while he wasn't fully paying attention, he mistakenly answered :yes: and got put in the doghouse!! :rotfl:
 
Well I went and signed a contract with the devil, in this case suntrust. Payments are about $50 less a month than what I paid on the TB.

New truck=good, signing a new contract with the devil=bad.

It has a few things I need to take care, of but my mod bug is in submission. I was however already looking at LED bulbs for the interior, and projector headlights so I can use my spare set of HID's.

Its strange because it comes up as an LS through the VIN, but is labeled as a 2LT with the options. It does have the G80 and 3.73 gears, and it had low miles for an 08 59k. My fiance said the sales manager was in the back crying after we accepted, felt like I worked him over pretty good.

Not a bad choice to make at all. If the payments are good for you, I'd say that you made a GREAT move bro but seeing as your were part of the Nation before the purchase your still stuck with the Nation after the purchase :thumbsup::biggrin::cool:
