We had a moose fry up at my buddies on Saturday, just seasoned it and cooked it with onions and it was amazing. After a few beers we figured we'd have another fry. The second fry up ended up to be deer, which I didn't know until I ate it and the difference was night n day. It was after eating both nearly side by side that I realized I liked moose so much more.

HARDTRAILZ said:Dehydrator actually this time. I did a sweet n spicy kit marinade on first batch. Bass Pro had them on sale and I was given a kit as a present. Its pretty good. Still got another couple batches with soy n garlic n pepper, pplus some other stuff. I am still learning now. I had always done ground strips of jerky, but this is sliced muscle and so far so good. Much improved for my desires in a good jerky. Tonight I do another batch and see.
Never had moose, but would like to try. Most game I have had. I did like Elk better than Venison.
