then kicking renters out of property.

Always a pain.

It's a monday. Nearly everything that could go wrong went wrong

Client's new PC that was just installed Friday wouldn't boot up today. Bad motherboard. Hooked up her old one and it won't start either, just the Dell orange light of death. The UPS on the mail server failed and shut everything down. Another client's server locked up because the one hard drive is failing. Another client is mad because some software installation he requested installed on an employee's computer on Thursday is taking too long, but that employee wasn't around for me to schedule with him and I wasn't told he wasn't there when I tried to contact him, and his PC was off that evening when I tried anyway. And a few other things.

Slept in til 9. Hung out with family til 11. Did a few site visits and was home by 2. Got paid for a full day. Now chilling with my lil princess and watching cartoons. Great day!

Today kicked my ass. Messed up my form on my 3rd set of Deadlifts and pulled a muscle in my lower back. Been waddling around like fat kid with a broom up his arse all day.

Haha, I closed on a house.

1. Did a full shift at the old grind stone.
2. Put a pair of new windshield washer nozzles on the wife's XJ.
3. Cleaned the corrosion off the flame sensor in our furnace so we continue to have heat.
4. Now finally going to be lazy until bed time.

Decided to eat like a fucking lion. Went to my bucher, came home, now I'm happy.

That is way to much meat for a man with a broom up his ass to carry, or eat.

I must say though it looks delicious.

Pulled a 12 hour work day today. Project took 4 hours longer than expected, but then I always seem to estimate wrong on these cabling jobs. Wired up a rack of cat6 patch panels after tearing out all the old stuff. So many wires! I'd be happy to not see another twisted pair for a while but I got a few more runs to do tomorrow at another place.

Picking up moog strut mounts and having a shop put my bilstein HD's on later this morning after work. I don't wrench anything in this cold unless it stops me from*driving.

Working

Got 6 lbs of deer sliced and marinating for it to become jerky tonight!

Nice! You're smoking right? What kind of flavors in your marinade? I'm sure it gonna be pretty tasty! I found out that I prefer moose over deer and we may try making moose jerky sometime. If you end up with any pics during or when it's done drop em in Willn513's thread "Good Eats". I'd love to learn more about making jerky and sure you have some good tips.

We had a moose fry up at my buddies on Saturday, just seasoned it and cooked it with onions and it was amazing. After a few beers we figured we'd have another fry. The second fry up ended up to be deer, which I didn't know until I ate it and the difference was night n day. It was after eating both nearly side by side that I realized I liked moose so much more.

Enjoy your jerky

Dehydrator actually this time. I did a sweet n spicy kit marinade on first batch. Bass Pro had them on sale and I was given a kit as a present. Its pretty good. Still got another couple batches with soy n garlic n pepper, pplus some other stuff. I am still learning now. I had always done ground strips of jerky, but this is sliced muscle and so far so good. Much improved for my desires in a good jerky. Tonight I do another batch and see.

Never had moose, but would like to try. Most game I have had. I did like Elk better than Venison.
