Work then evening with the family for some quality time before spending the weekend slaying bambis family
 
Do they let you pick out and "off" the turkey you want?
 
I remember my mom telling me they did this back in the 60s at a friend's farm.


We had a turkey fly into a backyard during a bonfire, hit the garage and couldn't get out over the fence. Created quite the stir. Would have sic'd the dog but there were "women and children" around. Grabbed a bat. Beer me.
 
Work then off to game 2 of play offs for darts. The first game was a sweet victory, as it was against my buddies team. Kicked their ass.
 
Round two of job hunting for the gf.
 
No pun attended on this...BUT I miss driving my ss and don't like driving my parents 02 tb LS. Tires are bald....slow leaks on all 4's ...speakers are out (tweeters only) and key fob no worky. :sigh:
On the upside it does get a tiny bit mpg's and the stock ride height is more comfortable. If I had the $$ id buy it and make it my winter ride. Id lift it 35's and so on. Its an 02 like I said with 61k miles.
 
Doing the whole work thing. Not really thrilled with it.

At the dealer getting my Cats installed (cel light came on and they determined it was bad cats and they're still under warranty)

They also have 2 Chevy SS' here... wow.. wasn't expecting the sound outta those things... they fired one up for me... they're way louder then a Camaro & Vette and almost as loud as my Corsa Sport... very nice car for sure... just sux that they dont offer a manual transmission and your only options are a sunroof or no sunroof... now if I just had $46k to buy one lol
 
took the TB out on work deliveries today.
drove by MarkMc's old house in Somonauk, it's still standing and that little carry out rest. is still there.
 
Sittin on our new furniture watching tv. Also just found out we are getting our pup next week.

Deer hunting in the AM. Check the paper for Black Friday deals. Packers and Lions on TV. Turkey dinner and possibly the other game. Lounging. Life is good.

They have alot of those on craigslist for 200.
 
Replacing both headlights in the wife's Rav4, which means pulling the grill and front bumper. :hissyfit: After that, getting the tractor in the garage and putting tubes in the front tyres.

Going to Firestone to get them to jizz the wheels with bead seal...which they should have done when putting on the new tires a couple of weeks ago, then getting the alignment redone to straighten the steering wheel.
 
What am I doing today...? I am missing the SHIT outta my ss. I am SO tired of driving someone elses vehicle. Although I am greatful. Bahhhhhhhhhh
