Congrats. But now I feel old.

Helping my buddy's idiot son install a post-cat O2 sensor on his Corolla to pass his e-test. He went to the test with the CEL on and waited so long he's now driving expired.:squint:

Got a haircut, picked up the dog from the groomers, cut the grass and floated around in the pool for a couple of hours. Now I'm making a new batch of pie for next weekend.

Picked up my 11 year old puppy from the vet this afternoon, he was in overnight as he was diagnosed with pneumonia, thought he was slowing down due to the heat but no . He is now at home resting with a lot of antibiotics, a scare that I really didn’t need at this point. Hopefully old yellow is fine.

Figured I needed to do more to protect my small gun collection while in the apartment. So I picked a cabinet up.

Last day of vacation... Took my friend to the airport, and my sister is at work, so having a do-almost-nothing day. Vacuumed out the EXT, no matter how much you try to brush, shake, or rinse off beach sand, a crap ton always ends up still in the truck :hopeless:

Did a LOT of eating out the past few nights, and the fridge is full of leftovers that were taken home, so at least I probably won't need to cook all week. Also means I have plenty of options for lunch that won't need any more effort than tossing something in the microwave.

Used the TB to jump a work van that was parked in the back of the building at work that hadn't been started in 6+ months. Worst part was maneuvering an EXT through two garage doors with a 90* turn between them. Other than that and HR getting mad at all of us in shipping and receiving for not taking lunch breaks, today has been pretty quiet.

Hoping to install my body lift tonight assuming it comes in on schedule. Any tips from anyone who has installed one before?

1st day back in the office, and thankfully there were no fires that sprang up while I was gone. 65 emails to sift through, but the majority were just being CC'd on stuff, or quick deletes. Found out there are some staff changes coming, but those are going to work out well. The people leaving are low on the totem poles, and the holes in upper management are being filled by people who have been here for a while, so that means no licensing changes and more importantly, no need for system training.

My Batman hitch saved my stock bumper years ago when I was in the Army. Backed into a concrete base for a light pole.

Does your work have cameras on the parking lot?

Day 2 back at work today. Still trying to get back up to speed on stuff.
