Sorry to hear. I've had very good service from them and, though I can't compare against other HID kits, I've had no problems except for a d.o.a. ballast which they promptly sent a replacement for.

I ordered a HID kit and had a dead ballast out of the box. Their kit took 30 plus days to deliver from China. Their customer service told me it would be another 30 plus days to get me a replacement ballast. I told them to kiss my a$$ and give me my money back.

You want to talk about amazing customer service, TRS's customer service should be a benchmark for other companies.
