I couldn't get used to the collapsible stock on my Benelli M4, so it now wears a Mesa Tactical Urbino stock in coyote brown.
The Aimpoint Micro T-1 is combat-tested and you could drive over it with a truck and not hurt it. (I have.)

I like to keep my shotguns simple, and I operate under one basic principle when it comes to custom-tuning and accessories:
The more you may need a shotgun in a hurry to save a life, the fewer gadgets and accessories it should have on it.
Here is my special 20" barrel Remington 1100 (with a maximum 5 round magazine capacity to comply with Canadian law) equipped with Trijicon tritium night sights, a 20" barrel Remington 870 Police with a Streamlight TLR-1 light attached, and my new training gun - an 18.5" barrel Remington 870 Marine Magnum XCS in the very rare black Trinyte finish that is almost impervious to extreme weather and salt water. It has a specially tuned action, polished chamber and magazine tube and an XS Big Dot front sight. The complete trigger group has been replaced by a factory Remington police trigger group.

None of them are very pretty. (Like me.) They have lots of dings and wear marks. (Like me.) Aside from the M4, they have a LOT of miles on them. (Like me.)
Is it possible to have too many shotguns?
