Damn it I just got word from my mom yesterday that my cousin's are coming in from FL and UT. Any of you want to take a guess as to what weekend my family is coming in for?

Yes you guest it the weekend of this show. Nearly got into a fight with my mom since she knows I go to this every year.

What's the situation with Carlisle as far as tent and table/s?
And is the club covering that and we got the rest, or do we have that too??

The nation is covering the tent, and I will find out about tables. If they are available, I will have a couple there. I think May said the only thing we don't have yet is a grill. Anybody have a camping/portable grill that they can bring?

If I could find out what grill envoyjoe (was bigezzyk on TV) had last year, I would get one - it was awesome. I should have got the make/model then. I tried to get it from him since then without success.
I'll send him a PM but I don't think he's on here much. Anybody have his #? (if so, PM it to me - don't post here!)

It looks like the only thing we are missing is the grill!! (and the dancing girls) I will be ordering 2 tables for the tent. The nation will also be providing a bunch of the food and drink. May is heading this up, so before anybody buys anything, ask him!!! Looks like he will have a pretty good food and drink budget to take care of it.

As I stated, I have the grill. And utensils. Though I haven't had much time to help out this year, you can count on a grill. I intend to attend, even if it means sleeping in my truck. I will not, however, be there before Saturday. If I cannot make it, I will meet anyone available to hand off the grill.

What is the policy for camping out? I have a choice to stay 45 min from the showfield or to put an inflatable mattress in the back of my truck. Trying to figure out which I would prefer to do.

i did a little searching just out of curiosity and i think at this particular event you can't camp at the fairgrounds but for smaller events you can. which sucks because i think that would be awesome. nothing stopping you from doing it at the hotel carlisle parking lot however.
