Re-leveled the headlights, aka raised the passenger side half a turn, it seemed to sag a little... :undecided:

admired its glory...

Measured, but have not painted yet, for eyebrows. I want to do some restore work on one. It's a lot more oxidized than the other. Maybe do that this weekend.

I have three tires that are losing air in the cold weather and the soapy water trick to find the leak was unsuccessful. Since these are only $1 each I figured I'd give it a try and see what happens.
There is a good chance that you have salt corrosion between the tire bead and the rim. I had to have a 4 of mine dismounted and cleaned. When the tires were remoiunted the tire shop put liquid rubber on the rim where the bead sits. Hopefully this will take care of the problem.

Maybe washing her...it's chilly and about to snow but I haven't washed her in over 2 weeks and it has snowed twice.
Use varm water to keep your fingers warm

Drove it up hill, in a snow storm, around all the spun out Mercedes' and BMW's. I smiled politely at them.

Just brought it out to the property for a last minute try at killing another deer

Totally forgot to rotate the tires... again. Meh, it was pouring here earlier anyway.

Traded the Blazer off for a Polaris Indy and a Gio Dirtbike. I still want the parts Ryan since the new owner will want stock mirrors for sure.

It isn't going anywhere....in fact I'm buying a second Gmt400 in the near future. The 1 ton I originally traded for the Blazer.

Went for my first drive in the rain with the projectors to check my work and make sure nothing leaks. The housings were dry after about 25 miles and every single deep puddle I could hit at 45+ so I'll call it okay.

What size is the Indy? When I lived back east one of the toys was an Arctic Cat. I remember some of the wide open spaces in Maine we be in. That Cat had no problem getting to 100 MPH. It was a blast.

Tires rotated. Was pondering on maybe it would last into next year... then found a couple more rust holes in my frame. One of them is on another face of the box in the same area as another rust hole. So just rearward of my passenger tire but just forward of the crossmember the frame now only has 2 of 4 sides still structurally intact

Left the voy sitting for 7 days outside (we were away), and the weather has been brutally cold here. (about -31ºC) Tried to start it on Sunday and had no crank at all, just the multiple clicks of the starter. Brought the battery insided for an hour and then it fired up right away. My son has his car in the garage in my spot, so I think that I will have to invest in a battery blanket ....

I left the battery box off and the cross bar so that I can get at it quickly if I find that it is shot and I need to replace it anyway ...

After hours of dremeling and test fitting, the projectors have been mounted. I have not installed them on the truck yet, but I have slots cut into the housing where I can make horizontal adjustments to the cutoff. Also, a thank you to Aarkon for tips and guidance :tiphat:

I also had to do some dremeling on the mounting bracket to give clearance for the projector bowl and allow the bracket to swivel as it was designed so I can adjust the vertical angle. For the smallest projector that TRS offers, it is definitely a tight fit.

Decided to order an amp and amplify the in door speakers. Laying around makes me want to spend money on mods. I know what I'm doing this weekend.

Drove it to town and back for Lodge, off day!
