I got some fog lights.
"Wait, aren't they those cheap Chinese LED lights off of eBay?"

Nope! These suckers are deceiving; they're well built in a metal housing, but more importantly, they completely illuminate objects for about 1/8th of a mile at night. That's nearly as far as the high beams.

Filled it with coolant since I found out it was extremely low and mostly water...joy. Oh and I cleaned the engine bay and re oiled my K&N. Pretty exciting stuff I know.

Stopped at Autozone and got more power steering fluid and a length of 3/8" hydraulic/fuel hose. Used it to replace the low pressure line from the pump to cooler. Good thing really, as the line was just as rusty as I thought - I barely pushed on it and folded it up. Swapped the line, filled it up... and watched it drip

Appears it wasn't the line or connection leaking after all (though as mentioned the line needed replaced anyway), but rather the pump reservoir HOUSING is leaking at the seam :hissyfit: I'm so ticked of now since I pulled my bad pump with a good reservoir, and swapped it with a good pump and bad reservoir, and the old unit is long since gone in the garbage :duh:

Of course it seems I can't just buy a reservoir but I have to get a whole pump with it

So... I think the next step I'm going to take is pull the pump out of the truck (again), clean all the oil/grease off the reservoir, and RTV the whole darn seam. That should seal it up!

Gahh!! :badday:

Put the TB up on my neighbor's lift. I figured I'd take a picture since it's never been on a lift before (on my watch).
Nothing was wrong, I just needed to wrap plastic conduit around my fog light wiring I ran a few days ago and SECURELY zip-tie it all to the back side of the air dam.
When you live in the lap of luxury, you don't need to shimmy underneath the vehicle in your gravel driveway wishing your service jack could go higher as you struggle to find space to move your arms, just throw it on the lift.

Reppin' it with that GMT sticker.

To do still:
-Wash that rear window for the trillionth time (dirt road live-ers understand)
-Spray paint the rear wiper arm black

Installed some Moog 81069's in the rear, got around 2" of lift from them, surprisingly easy to put in since I already had the longer rear shocks. No unbolting of anything necessary. And I removed some ugly door moulding.

It might not seem like a big deal but this has been bugging me for years. My pickup now has a spare tire mounted where it should be, all of the spare tire tools, and the bed is ready for a toolbox. Of course, the tool box is going to be slightly modded with smd strips and tapped into the instant trigger of the alarm. Chyeah.

Just received my new 194, 3157, 1156, and 212 5630 SMDs. They are way brighter than the 5050 SMDs that I had installed. I wish the 3157s would turn completely off when using the turn signal while the parking/headlights are on. They seem to dim slightly so not much of a flash. I assume this is a common issue when using a 3157 amber LED in place of a 3757 incandescent bulb :undecided:

When I had my switchback LEDs installed, the amber would turn completely off and blink since the parking light was 5k.

One of the reasons I'm glad that my wiring is all jacked up for my signals, the LEDs I had in looked like they were at 75% brightness for running lights so they weren't all that noticeable when they needed to be.

Greased all door hinges and latches. Also grabbed some brake grease while I was out but it's starting to sprinkle yet again because Mother Nature likes consistency, so I'll have to wait on hitting my slide pins up.
