Ryda55555 said:Voymom- I did some photoshopping for you, also you should paint the rusted part of your rotors either black or color matched with the calipers

I gotta call from the dealership today and my new crate motor will be here May 28th :wootwoot: finally the year long battle can be over... hopefully... then while I was on the phone with them, I went ahead and made an appointment to get the beaSSt aligned since I lowered her last week... I've put about 300 miles on her and everything looks, feels, and rides great... and finally, I ordered some new Cree brake light bulbs from DFWWIZ...
the beaSSt is loving this 75* weather here in Ohio

I painted my calipers that color last year, have yet to get good pictures of them. I really should do them again, though.DDonnie said:Saw this purple at O'Reilly

Denali n DOO said:I gave the interior a spring clean up, had pulled winter mats last week but never got around to cleaning in there. Got rid of the salt n dirt n wiped it all down, quick once over on seats with conditioner. When I do the first hand wash (it needs it bad) it'll be a spring clean too, doing door jambs, wheel wells, engine bay. I'll give the interior a good detailing next time around too. Maybe I'll do the exterior tomorrow morning? It really is black in there but the pics makes it look grey. Here's a few pics...
Ryda55555 said:Went to the dealer yesterday to buy the wood grain shifter and it costs $133.60 + its not in stock so i'd have to wait 3-5 days for it to come in... I figured i'll just save the money for a rainy day instead lol
I need to do i spring interior cleaning too, prolly tomorrow
Denali n DOO said:Wow, $133.60 for a shifter knob Maybe it's cheaper in the States since every thing else is...Probably be only $60 there, lol...
Ryda55555 said:On ebay they're $88 + $40 something for shipping lol from california
So pretty much the same
Btw is that suede on your door?!?!?
.... Wood grain steering wheel..... Denali.....
.... Huh? Sorry got carried away for a little lol
Denali n DOO said:lol, nope, no suede here. Do you mean below the plastic wood shit on the door? That's leather or I mean vinyl, I wiped it too with the leather stuff so it just looks like suede I guess. Cheap camera too!
HARDTRAILZ said:Usually not a huge fan of vinyl like this, but I really like it for some reason. Well Done!
Sparky said:Used it to haul junk to the recyclers, and found out that my rear glass latch won't unlatch anymore! Push the button and nothing. The solenoid sounds like it is working when I lock and unlock the truck, or when I open the liftgate, but the button won't release. Sigh, guess I'll be popping the interior panel off at some point to fix that. Hopefully it is simple.
Denali n DOO said:Hmmm, when that happened to me (along with other shit) it was because of the ground in the boot issue. Sounded like it locks an unlocks but button just presses in. When you pull the cover watch the latch to see if it moves all the way, mine only moved about 3/4 of the way, not far enough to engage, but was fine when ground was restored, maybe bad ground to latch? Just thought I'd mention that. Hope your fix is simple...
