I dont know. I wanna get my switchback working properly first lol i think one of the bulbs are not seated right!! Its snowing out now so ill mess with it later!! They havent givin me any problems lately!!

Now for quad turn/brakes i have to splice into the trailer harness right? I remember you also talking about needing more 3157 sockets?

Will quad turn/brakes affect towing??

For quad tails you'll need new harnesses for the middle spots on your tails and yes for quad turn/brakes you splice into the trailer harness. I don't think it'll affect towing, but I've never towed.

:dance:Joelinna's Super 40 series muffler came via UPS at 9 this morning. Waiting patiently for Friday to get my exhaust guy to tell me how much he'll charge to install and do the resonator delete at the same time... I used a promo code through Advance auto and got the muffler for $65.00

Ordered some Moog 81112 front springs and new upper strut mounts which should be here Wednesday. Also ordering airlift 1000 in about 5min. If things work out like I believe I will be in the lifted club by the end of the week. Might just have the least lifted trailblazer out there! But its got to be better than none. Also I finally got to use the roof racks for the first time today to transport my kayak

Well the parts came in a day early! Got the struts redone with new upper mounts and new moog 81112 springs. It seems like the ext actually have longer springs stock. From what I've read the standard freesprung length is 15.5 in but mine were about 16.25. The new moogs are a bit stiffer and added almost the lift I wanted but not quite. Least its nothing money can't fix LOL. Oh well lots of time and trips to the autopart store cause they gave me a broken spring compressor. Took enough pictures so I can make an article this weekend. I'm up to 34 5/8 inch on the front fenders from 33 1/2 so basically a 1in gain. A topic ive seen a lot is how to get the knuckle off of the joint at the lower A arm, I posted a pic of how I hit it with a sledge hammer a few times to get it loose. It takes a few good swings with a 3-4 lb hammer but it works. Be sure if you use this method to leave the nut on a bit to keep from hitting the threads!

2.5 hours and its out!! I allready had the calipers removed and evrything else so that way I just had to remove the control arms and panhead bar. Otherwise it would have taken me longer.

Took it to the shop yesterday, got an oil change, and apparently my rotors and pads were worn down to practically, nothing, and I do not have the equipment, time, or place to work on it, so the shop was kind enough to drain my entire bank account and replace all them for me.

JUST got her home from the stealership
looked over at the little roll of vinyl I ordered...and couldn't resist
I don't think it looks too bad for my first wrapping. Minor imperfections, but considering it was a 5 min job on my kitchen table with a hair dryer, the next one, will be darn near perfect.

Installed the stereo into midnight's armrest. Had to remove the vent duct for the backseat and disconnect the wiring so nobody accidentally turns it on. It didnt move much air anyway. Also installed the DRL Cap mod and finished the wiring for the switched 12v socket in the dash. Worked on the dash bezel a bit to get the tablet better installed, but I'm nowhere near finished with that yet. Also got the wiring done for the subs, whenever i get around to buying a new amp all i will need to do is plug it in.

Wasn't today but recently battery died too quickly for my liking so I went to sears and bought a

Die hard platinum agm battery for $197.00. Had the cash so I bought the best of the best I could research.

No more dead battery after 5 minutes of radio play with car off.

Also noticed lights don't dim when bass hits or I roll window down lights used to flicker.

I'm happy

Thanks guys. I am very happy with the new tails. They do completely change the look of the rear end as you said, even more so in person. I will be posting some dusk shots. I cant get a good night pic because they are blinding in the dark and they show up on camera as a red blur with the turn signals or brake lights on. #1 Here is the best pic I could get of the tail light portion (no push on the brake pedal). #2 Below that is an example of the blinding brake lights. #3 is the tail light bottom portion and turn signal blurry top portion. #4 is the tail lights (no brakes) and emergency flash turn signals. And finally #5 is the tail lights, backup leds (3157 bulbs) and the emergency flash turn signals.

Will try to get some clearer pics at dusk tomorrow!
