Doing enough work to keep people from bugging me and not-so-secretly counting down the hours until the weekend. :woohoo:

Got my hoodie on so I don't shiver too much. Somebody jacked with the thermostat again, and it's cold as a mother in here. :hissyfit:

Reading up on some stuff.

Found a rather hilarious "article" that's trying to seriously tell me that "radio wave sickness" can cause pneumonia and asthma, and pretty much every other thing you can list off out of a medical book.

"Hardwire your phone rather than having a wireless one." "Hardwire your computer." "Don't use wireless dog fences." What amazing world does this person live in where electromagnetic fields don't exist (which are also purported to cause adverse health effects)? May as well say go live among the Amish, well away from all power lines. And nevermind the fact that cell phone towers, transmission repeaters, radio stations, etc. etc. are all still "polluting with high-frequency signals."

Oh, here's a further gem. "Use laptops only on battery." So what happens when the battery runs out? And also nevermind the EMF generated by computers (some tests done with specialized equipment found that not only can electromagnetic radiation be detected from a computer from a considerable distance, but using extremely-specialized equipment allowed the researchers to actually "translate" what the computer was processing in order to pretty much "hack" the computer. Note that this took EXTREMELY specialized and expensive equipment.)

A lot of the EMR we are exposed to is non-ionizing and isn't a severe health risk. These guys must be real tinfoil-hat types.

Took the wife out to dinner, now relaxing at the house for the evening.
She must be special. Makes you interrupt garage time to clean the house and gets dinner out of the deal? :whipcracks:

You're a good man Manns.

It's not the wife but the life with another. Nothing beats the right partner. Personal or business.

Marriage ain't for everyone.

He is like a blood hound whenever someone says his name. They say if you look in a mirror and say "Roadie" three times fast, Garfield will swat you with a rolled newspaper.

Got most of my yard work done, cut down 5 trees, setting a new planting bed for grapes, raked up most of the dead crap I had in the yard, mowed the lawn. Now I just need to finish the sprinklers, and the front yard.
