not so warm out, so its a good day to clean the garage and listen to the chillout channel

Very easy to install, I relayed off the parking lights so they are one when the truck is on. I also did the DRL kill for the HID's.

PS stay away from that place, you get the same stuff on eBay, Amazon etc., and you can save a ton. My eBay lights have been in full use for 2 years now with no problems.
 
wife has me looking at properties in Indiana...she's "suggesting we move" within a year

personally I was impressed with parts of the Chicago-land area after meeting Fletch last summer, but haven't looked up to see how far Indiana was from there
 
Trying to avoid a migraine. It almost took me this morning but it cleared out before it really took hold. Still have a low level headache since then but that is far better than a full onslaught by far!
 
Packed some gear n food for my son Michael (11yrs), he's off for his first moose hunting and atv'ing trip. A good buddy of mine is going to Gogama Ontario with his dad and nephew and asked if me and my son wanted to go, I can't cuz I gotta work but I thought what an awesome opportunity for Michael. So I yanked him outta school for a week but I did request some homework for him to do. My buddy has a proper hunting tent, a generator and all the camping gear. They'll be outside most of the time but sleeping in my buddy's dad's trailer. They took a 12 gauge, 30 odd 6 and a .22. I made Michael's day yesterday and took him out to buy him some camo. They're gone till next Sunday or until they get a moose.

Part of Chicago is basically in Indiana, but we do not have a lot of the BS gun laws IL does if that matters to you. I live in far SE Indiana near Cincinnati and can be in Chicago in 5 hours. North Indianapolis is only 3 1/2 hours from Chi.

:mad: Working from home today, since my battery died/or I developed a parasitic drain since yesterday. My battery booster didn't have enough charge to start it either. (although I think the booster is a POS and should be replaced with a better one) :hissyfit:

Thankful for VPN access so I don't have to use up a vacation day :cool:
 
Monday's means darts for me. No idea what place we are in as they didn't update the standings. But got 7-2 last week.
 
Headed to a self serve wash, putting new wipers on, and ordering some HD's later. Maybe a seat heater pad too. And a radiator. Maybe some endlinks. Just hoping the weather stays nice until after the radiator is in.
 
What is the surprise? Price is fair. I have seen more and seen less. Be a good truck for someone from the looks. There have been some around here for that or less and i always want to pick up a spare just to have one to pick a part. But need 06 or newer cause mine are an 06 and 07.

Saw the price and thought no way would I sell mine for that.

Blew a motor at 60k. Probably needs another or tranny. Something worth at least $2k in shop repairs. Be curious to know though.
 
Today I spent the entire day cutting, splitting, and stacking all the firewood I'll use this winter. We had about 10 trees on our property taken down last month and I finally got around to getting it all shaped up. I'm Beat.

I told my boss, during my review last week, that I would sit in on one she was having to discuss the ins and outs of our LMS system with the support staff. (This meeting is a half hour from now) Doing that whole team player thing, and since I've looked at the back end enough, I think I know everything I need to know already. What I didn't realize was that this meeting is scheduled for 2 hours!! :duh: I wish I would have known that up front, so I could have passed...

After work though, playing basketball with the fellas. We'll see how the lower extremities feel afterwards with the extra rest earlier this week. :undecided:

Thought I'd update the post, they sent me a few shots through the week as they were travelling around on ATV. The best shot is the last shot from this morning, a bull moose! So glad I sent him on this trip even though I couldn't go. I'm sure it's been quite an experience for my son.....

Went to Dr with wife for ultrasound...

Started out with a due date of Nov 6, then they moved it to Nov 1, then this morning the ultrasound measured the baby for a due date of Oct 26. Already 7.6 LBS...gonna be a big baby.

Things are about to get real crazy when we add baby number two, but can't wait to find if it is a boy or girl!
