What are you doing today?

Woke up around six, did the morning deeds in the privy and woke the kids up for school. Now making coffee and preparing to go to the dmv to take the test for my motorcycle endorsement. My beautiful fiancee has to get stitches out from her carpal ligament surgery a couple weeks ago and then maybe some snowboarding at work a little later in the day. Hopefully it's gonna be a good day off.

Another day, another dollar. I think today will be a headphones and tunes day, I have this stupid song stuck in my head. That "Oh oh, take the money and run" song from the Taco Bell commercial. Every time I stop doing something, it cycles through my head again

Maybe if I eat something, that will get rid of it? It's been going on since I got up this morning so I'm ready to try just about anything at this point. Maybe it's a sign that I should buy a Lotto ticket? :undecided:

Oh what a day off. Went to dmv and got my motorcycle endorsement test taken and passed, got the little lady's stitches out at the surgeons office, found out she's outta work for at least another month. Tried to go snowboarding and ended up taking my son to the hospital for another fracture in the left wrist (#3) and then came home four hours later just to have go back out to get dinner. It was to say the least,a moderately normal day

Started out at one of our other offices and ending at our main campus. Scout meeting tonight.

Brakemotive, full set, under $200 shipped to your door. Do it.

Brakes aren't something I would want to put off for too long. They are kind of important.

After seven straight days of travel I let my boss know I was going to push off the Monday drive to Long Island by a day. Watching the forecasts I decided I would not consider going up there before Wednesday. I'm going to push that back at least a day or cancel the trip entirely. Fortunately I have the freedom to set my own travel plans. As it is my employer has closed all of its NY, NJ and NH facilities today.

Working on trying to get rear diff. fill plug out. Stuck good. Bought a motive power bleeder for my brakes. Great weather here in Omaha Nebraska for working on vehicles. Going to Lowes to buy a new impact gun. I love new tools. Looking at buying a spring compressor so I can do my struts soon.

Chatting up with random coworkers that passed my desk today. One of them plays fantasy football and won his league this year. The pot was $300, which seems pretty cool right? Well not when you receive it all in change!!

Dude's got to have about 20lbs in coins in a bin at home. First world problems... :raspberry:

Condo owner's agent texted me yesterday, wants to show the place to a prospective buyer this week. Told him today, Wednesday, and Thursday were good, anytime after 4, but he hasn't answered me back yet. Work table, more commonly known as the kitchen table, has been cleaned up, and crib is presentable. Hopefully this new person is interested in a rental property so I can stay put for a while like I originally planned.

Another miserable day working for "the man"

Pondering my next move, wondering if it's worth the stress of staying with this delivery job or move on at this point.

Nope. All of the deer that come on my property except for a baby have rarely came out during the day this season.. Had a few big bucks (which never happens on our land) come in this year but not once during the day.

These findings are from having a game camera in our field.

Our deer season is over and saw 5 Sunday morning...they smart critters.

Tonight we failed on my Buddy's axle install. Found found the axle was not a direct bolt in as he was told. Had Krawler joints n not standard size so we drank...a bunch and cussed...a bunch.

We have the same issue with waterfowl around here. Fly over us before shooting time or right after. They know where they are safe and can't be shot. Jerks.

Anyway, headed it to work in a few. Worked 12 yesterday and headed for 10 today. This should give Friday totally off w/o having to take a vacation day! Woo!
