There were a couple camaro SS' and a ZL1
And only a handful of vettes
But there was a VW golf with a ls3 in it :rotfl:
But yea our domestic scene is pretty small
And our truck scene is even smaller... there was a raptor and a couple escalades and a raised Ram but other than that all import crossovers and fake trucks like the scions and mazdas
Its really a shame considering the potential of domestic cars and the fact that my voy is faster than a lot of the civics and integras and ricer cars there
Dont worry though my truck was getting a lot of attention there and around the city so hopefully at least the truck scene grows a bit

If i had some $ to play with, my voy would be rolling around with a cammed LS2, lowered and a full denali bodykit

Give your 2 weeks notice so that they can fire you?

This being a right to work state I know several people that gave their two-weeks and was released that day. So I have seen both sides of it. Not that I disagree with you.

Same here. I seen it six months ago at my current employer. Some reason the company thinks when someone puts in their two weeks, they have bad intentions planned or are going to sabotage equipment. They definitely are not worried about filling the position, as it is still vacant.

Rephrase that as " Right to work Cheap " state.

My employer has a 4 week notice for voluntary employment termination to remain in good standing for rehire etc. We'll see what happens when I find another job... I think it is more to have another replacement trained in with SOPs.

They just want some sorry sob to train someone on the equipment. I am NOT showing people what I know through my years of hard work. They can teach themselves. And yea i would probably have to listen to their pleads and "whys" all damn week if i were to give notice. I am at a better place now. (I used to work here.. at my new.. job for 9 years)

Had a good time on the crappy local course today. It's terrible though, they start groups on 1 and 10 at the same time and its not uncommon to have 3 groups on the same hole (1 on tee box, 1 on fairway, and 1 on green) all at the same time. 18 today took 5+ hours :sadcry:

Sure beats work though...

You betcha it is! 5 hours with a cart beats 4 hours without:rotfl:
If there's anyone in front of me I want a cart.

No asphalt to stick to is never a bad thing

I will definitely ride before walk. I cannot carry my clubs and the cooler of beer at the same time

Based on the cart tracks it looks like the fairways are free game.

I have been working 3rd shift for the past 10 months and I am still not use to it. Some days I will get 3 to 4 hrs of sleep, other days I will sleep 10 hrs and still feel tired. On the plus side I do get a 10% bonus on my salary for working 3rd.
