80's and 90's that was Mack. Since Volvo bought Mack, the difference between the engines is the valve cover and paint on the engine. Both use same components. Trannys are the same, either the T300 manual tranny or AMT tranny (Automatic Manual Transmission).

Even though you're a Volvo guy, I have to say that I think the Peterbilt 379 was a really good looking truck. That being said, Volvo makes some really nice trucks nowadays.

Ugh, I cringe when I see things like that on the road. There is a jacked up truck around here with something along the lines of, "don't laugh at this truck, your daughter is in it" or something like that. Ick. To each their own, but I think stuff like that is a bit crude as you never know who is reading/looking at it (kids for instance).

That is what my friend (a lawyer) told me as well. He said to get a sign that says either "dog on premise" or "trained dog on property". Beware of dog is admission that you know the dog is vicious or dangerous. Atleast how it is around here. He got to see a case where that happened.

Plus the dog on premise is also a sign for firefighters, if there is a fire, there should be a dog running around.

Love the first shot. The person that did that to the Hummer should be tarred, feathered, then drawn and quartered. The Crown Vic is a wash - doesn't really affect anything. LOVE the Jedi Firebird!!

Many of these are old. How about misguided tb owners? I was late to a craigslist purchase otherwise I would have done a showroom walk around. Newer LT front end. But why the $25 hubcap set? :confused:

Some people inherit a strong mod gene, but remain shallow of pocket because the mod gene crowds out their ability to hold a decent paying job. Poor souls. Pity them. Give them Miatas or Jeep Libertys to abuse.

I'm wondering if fleet order or special-order TBs didn't have something like this. RPO code PFE is just called "Wheels, 17x7." No description such as bright aluminum, etc. This option required RPO code 5TE (Flt/Gov Order) and used P245/65R17 tires.

Hub caps are ugly. Hub caps on a TB is even uglier. Auto manufacturers need to stop being cheap and never put a hub cap on a wheel ever again .

Well, spinner hub caps are pretty sweet :rotfl:

I offered to buy my wife a cheapo set. She liked the black look. So being at a grocery store in the morning, it may have been lady perhaps?
