I didn't see it when I walked up to my truck since it sits so low, but saw it when the rear view camera kicked on for a second. Nice Vette parked behind me.
This one, courtesy of JimmyJam, as we were leaving the Brick House. Victory red SS on 24's
On my way home, saw this... As I passed it, I heard it trigger some air cylinders, so I am pretty sure they don't usually drive with it this low, although it's still gotta be pretty 'stanced' normally.
Driving through Oakland today, and this Cressida wagon comes through. I hate the exhaust, but they came with a pretty good 2.8L I6 motor. And if it had looked a bit rougher (the body was still pretty decent for a 30 year old or so car) I would have liked those wheels and flares more.
Fell in behind this nice looking 'voy on the way to work this morning. Debadged, candied tail lights, roof rack delete, body color back glass trim. I got around the side of it at one point and noticed what appeared to be 20" SS rims, and body colored running boards. Member here?
Was driving through our yard and took this pic of this ambulance, it was a icy morning and the ambulance was third on the scene, it slid into a police car and firetruck that were already on scene. Hard to believe the airbags didn't deploy, under investigation for that. The box will get put on a new chassis as box is not damaged. Must have been a hard hit.
Ouch! The box is heavy but the fire truck was heavier im sure. Factor that in addition to it being at an angle with minimal bumper contact, with the fire truck, and that is why it looks so severe and possibly why the air bags did not deploy. IMHO.
Reminds me of my work van that was involved in a chain reaction crash, at highway speed, last february but not as severe. The front of the wan was so mangled that you could not determine where the bumper was. One day when the legal proceedings are over ill upload pictures of it. Im blessed to have walked away with a sprung ankle and fractured metacarpal. Wish everyone was as lucky that day.
Had a personal escort coming home from work on the interstate. After crossing over the mountain, (4) plow trucks pulled out in front of me and I followed them until my exit came up. They cleaned up the roads, but were only running at 20mph.
I got caught in a blast of snow today. it was sunny ten minutes south of there. I'm trying to pull out of the driveway and go left, that's a 50 mph zone, had to be careful seeing what was coming out of that snow. Was in the work Silverado and had traction control and Stabilitrak turned off, gotta turn that nonsense off and let the g80 do its job. I wonder how many people have actually pulled out a driveway and get hit by another vehicle because that traction control and Stabilitrak takes over and they can't get out of the way. I find the button on the Envoys shifter is more convenient than the paddle on the Silverado's Dash.
The front one is a Ford. My boss is a ford guy. I sent him that photo and said "Just waiting for the Chevy to get the job done" under the assumption that none of the vehicles in taht picture actually working.
