You are still keeping the blazer right?Darkrider_LS said:Well....tonight marks the end of my ownership of the trailblazer....i didn't get the red Corolla S I showed Aaron...but I did buy a brand new Toyota...
I view it like this....i simply made room for a TBSS to take its placeCapote said:Shoulda stayed Bowtie Strong

There are several SSs here...Capote said:I fear a TBSS wouldn't last long in Canada :/ only seen one SS with a lift lol

-SS's look damn good lifted
It still looks good. What do you guys call those, lifted for looks onlyHARDTRAILZ said:SS without selectable TC...pointless
The amount someone would pay for an SS BEFORE even putting a lift on it makes it a poor choice for that application from the get go. You could use that money to do a build like yours and put it on an LT or LSHARDTRAILZ said:SS not better looking to me. Plastic bumper of any shape...not impressive. SS rims are sub par with aftermarket offering. Badging gets stripped off. So lifted SS not good looking.
I understand about the engine, but an SS is expensive and not many people sell them as it is. Might as well put that money towards a lifted offroad build like Kyle's on a normal TB baseAarkon said:I will grant the ss a candidate for lifting since the run an common hd motor they would make an amazing mud truck with some tuning and a few parts
Few parts...like a real TC. Couple grand for that w the custom wiring and computer workAarkon said:I will grant the ss a candidate for lifting since they run a common hd motor they would make an amazing mud truck with some tuning and a few parts
I'll say again, honestly might as well put the money for an SS towards parts for a sweet ass offroad build on a normal LT or LSAarkon said:Sorry I also forgot too mention the gear ratio and awd I typed too fast
That's fine, it will be awhile till I turn a wrench on the blazer so I'm ok with waiting.Aarkon said:Good too hear chris I wouldn't have anyone too give those parts too I still haven't forgot just haven't had a chance too grab them off the farm yet
The awd is a joke offroad and 4.10 is OK but only a limited slip rear, not a locker, and 4.56 is mo betterAarkon said:Sorry I also forgot too mention the gear ratio and awd I typed too fast

You have a very valid point. I still think they're badass though.Capote said:I'll say again, honestly might as well put the money for an SS towards parts for a sweet ass offroad build on a normal LT or LS
I'll watch them in a minute.BlazingTrails said:Nobody saw the vids??
