Speaker Feedback/Ground issue?

I think the speaker was very well spoken and knew his subject well. Easy to listen to and very eloquent despite the ground shaking under him because of an earthquake. It didn't deter him.

I am wondering just how much important info is being left out of the "I got a problem" post.

For some reason, some people that post of a problem, thinks that each and every single GMT vehicle is exactly the same, no matter the year/make/model/sub model/engine/transmission.....etc.

They also post problem steps in mixed up order and neglect to post any info about previous work or steps taken to try and fix it themselves, before posting here.
