Now.... I'm trying to draw up a schematic for my brothers new powder coat oven inner dimensions are 8' tall X 4'wide X 3'8" deep. It's going to use 4 or 6 2000watt electric heating elements. Also going to have a choice of running 3 elements on the lower portion or all 6 when the amount of work calls for it. Of course running the lower 3 I'd have to cut some room by adding a slide in shelf so I'm not heating the whole cabinet up for no reason.
So here's what I'm thinking 1main 1phase 220v disconnect switch,1 pid, 1 timer, 2 ssr, 2 contact relays,4/6 individual element switches, thermostat(wired in to pid), light switch and a low cfm fan &switch. I'll draw this up and get back to you guys later.
If anyone has any input please share.
