Home from work, and trying to figure out what to do with my free time this weekend. May be having dinner with a friend tomorrow night, since his wife will be gone for the weekend, and his leash will be off :yaay:

Anybody got any other suggestions? :undecided:

Went to an off-road meetup with a bunch of Toyota guys. Well most of them are Toyotas, I am pretty much the odd guy but they respect me more than the Jeep guys.

Dropping missus car off for new tyres. Taking the pup for shots and making smoked meatloaf for dinner...and getting sick again.

Grocery store run, then hit the post office. Happened to notice this small piece of info, so I guess I will be watching a LOT of TV this weekend...

I had that same plan for my vacation next week. My daughter told me this AM that the shows were erased.

:explode:

This happened before, dvr decided to free up some space.

:yikes: There are few words to describe how I'd feel after a malfunction like that! It would take forever to track them all down online. I had 140 hours worth of goodies when I started yesterday, so I'm thinking about 3 or 4 weeks to get caught up.

I was gonna wait until after basketball season, for the summer drought, but I want to change out all my individual DVR boxes for a whole-house setup. I'm half tempted to take the hard drive out, sick it in my HTPC and see what kinda format they are recorded in, maybe I can copy them... :undecided:

I do have bowling league tonight. Should be a good time. We definitely don't take it real serious and it is BYOB in a church basement.

It's beer brewing day today, get to play with my new burner.

I'm also going to remove my old tblazed DRL killer and put in the relay based one to see if my front indicators work with the lights off and for piece of mind, put in the new fog light socket on the passengers side.

Right now, getting covered in fur from my friends 2 year old pit/lab mix. Very playful and affectionate lil guy. Just have to teach him that he's too damn big to be a lap dog! :hopeless:

Drove an hour and a half to have Blazingtrails' previous transmission rebuilt with my performance kit, to swap into my rig. Ordered new set of coil packs, spark plugs, water pump, and water pump pulley (to paint blue).

Sounds like what my night is gonna be Xavier haha, and what all can you powder coat?

The biggest items we can do about know is a motorcycle frame but I'll be building a bigger oven with in the next month or so.
This is my brothers small business. He does all the work I just put together his equipment. And help out when I can.
Just check out his link.

I wanted to work on my headlight project today but the parts I'm waiting on haven't arrived yet. So I did nothing of value all morning and early afternoon.
Later this afternoon I filed my taxes. USPS had lost one of my W2s for a couple weeks (the primary W2 is handed to me at work) so that delayed things a fair bit as when it did finally arrive I was too busy to deal with the taxes. Getting some cash back which is nice, and my heat pump I installed last year was eligible for a $300 tax credit.
