Being asked by my boss if I want to move to Texas for 3-6 weeks to work on a project for Caterpillar doing data processing and reporting. Umm...
I can do all of that from right here thank you very much. She knew the answer when she came to my desk, but she told one of the owners that she'd ask anyway.
While at work today I had to stop at the local airport and caught an Avenger torpedo bomber leaving after the airshow this weekend. What an awesome sight that was and the pounding through your chest as it took off makes you stop and think how it was not too long ago...made the hairs stand up on my neck along with the goosebumps.
I could only imagine a squadron flying over, I wish I could have caught the engine starting.
