A co-worker and I briefly saw a car going down the Belt Parkway in Brooklyn, NY with with the wheels pitched out maybe 10-15 degrees. All four so it was not a singular problem. We would have liked to keep a better eye on it but alas paying attention to NYC traffic was a little bit more important.

I was forced to drive behind these numbnuts on the way home. Anytime there was a chance to get in the left lane (some parts were single lane roads), they would jump right over there, and proceed to drive 5mph under the speed limit. Plus the idiot drivers in the right lane would not pass them either!
