If it doesn't have the insurance, and if you are looking online for a replacement, there is a company I've dealt with numerous times that has very good prices and service. Digicircle.com. I don't know if he would ship out of the United States.

It was sitting on the dresser on vibrate only it seems and it suddenly just launched itself off of the dresser to the floor when she got a missed call lol, will def check that site out.

Download and run "cc cleaner". It wipes out all the cash and free up space from temp files and more. My phone is like new. I run cc cleaner every day. Also disable or uninstall in needed apps.

Didn't realize there was a cc cleaner for phones as well, I have used it in the past for computers.
