I like the silicone strips that TRS sells. Not sure if they would be too thick, but I know you can xut them to size every third LED.

I love the LED strips they sell in AutoZone, "Alpena". I have tons of strips from that maker, they're awesome

I have seen those. I like the silicone since you cannot see the individual LEDs, but behind the cluster it would not matter.
