Unless he's a really bad driver, that straight 6 in a 4300 lb vehicle is not gonna be a challenger for the Saleen. I had 3 Mustangs, all damn fast. You've got 1,000 lbs more weight than him, probably 50-150 less hp, and gearing made for the highway vs his (likely) street gears. I was going to say the way to beat him would be in mild to heavy rain, but realized you're running 2WD.
