Pulled in to get gas yesterday. This guy, in front of me, said he just got this Aero about two months ago. I made sure he knew about GMTNation.

I stopped at McDonalds across the parking lot from this little beauty today. It must be my day for spotting exotics, as about 30 min. later, I passed a McLaren esatbound on Hwy 1. I've never seen one on the street before. No pic of it, as I was in fast traffic in the HOV lane, and it was nearly stopped in the next lane over.

Ok, not "parked" next to, but stopped behind me. Does that count?

Did you leave him a card or note with GMTNation.com and your user ID on it?

Yes? Cool
No? Why not?

Good question and no I did not leave a card, but I have done a walk around. Has a PCMofNC sticker on the back glass, so I assume the owner has some modifications done on it.

I would really like to figure out who it is first being a union shop here. Not many of the union employees like management, just the culture of a union. On top of that, the owner could be another TBSS prick like you see on the forum or FB. Last thing I would want to hear about is my SS "clone" or "replica" :suicide:

Stopped at Costco for gas and Polish dog and soda (hey, cheap lunch is next to free lunch) and this was in the row in front of me. Loved the low design of these T-Birds (the reflection on my glass is parking stubs).

Back in the late '60s I owned a red '59 like that one. It looked cool , very stylish red & white interior, had OK power with the "Police Interceptor" Y block, and rode like a barge. :-( Brakes were not up to the weight and power, either; it took a looooong time to haul it down from 100mph!

I paid $500 for it, drove it about 2 years, and sold it for $300. Add a zero to each of those figures to get what that would be in todays money, in terms of hours worked to earn it. They probably sell for 10 times that now, in good shape.

Parked next to the BIL's F150 and the beer drinking tent so we could use the front receiver mounted bottle opener

But yeah, as a motorcycle rider I also said, "chrome don't get ya home."
"Black won't get ya back" either is my reply to the wannbe offroad guys that think they have to spray bomb their wheels black and pull all the chrome off their jeeps n mall cruisers

This poor buick, damage on pass side, headlight bulb and wires hanging from drivers side.

(Will fix the photos in a few moments.)

I was in too much of a hurry (and too lazy) to move and take pics of it. Came out of the grocery store and found this beauty parked next to me. Here's some from the window and the sunroof. If it had been something lesser I wouldn't have bothered posting these poor quality shots.
