New air filter for the truck, and combustion chamber cleaner. Local parts stores wanted $22 for the cheapo Fram, and $24-25 for the standard Wix. I got a Wix HD filter for $20 shipped online.

the last parts for a budget build PC, got a i3 6100, MSI ITX H110 mobo, 8GB Hyper X ram, 120 GB Hyper X SSD, Asus DVD drive and an EVGA B1 450 watt PSU, combined with the old Gateway tower that housed the computer that went bad and reused the 320GB HDD that was in the tower already for data storage. basically ALL NEW PC for 320 in parts, just reused the Case and HDD from the original gateway.

This is a build for a guy that works for the Framer that builds the houses we draw.

my new wireless router got here yesterday, got my external USB hard drive connected to it and now I can stream files from it to every one of my devices in the house, from my Shield TV to my cell phone to the PC.

Well, it's for 2 reasons. First, I put these in my steering wheel buttons, and they are WAY brighter than the 5mm LEDs I used everywhere else. Second, I've had hit or miss luck with the lifespan of the huge eBay batch of LEDs.

So hopefully now I'll get better longevity as well as having everything match.

Got my Pizzazz cooker out for delivery. Been using one to cook all kinds of stuff in my buddys barm when we are having beers, so i thought it could work in my cabin and at home.

second biggest, second most expensive delivery I've had, new Gas Range and Dishwasher (washer/dryer combo being the most expensive).

while I was at it I went ahead and actually really started the remodel by pulling down the drop ceiling last night, look at all that ceiling height I can get, bottom of the floor joists is at 10'-9" above slab, plan is to border the outer 30"s at about 18" down from the bottom of the joists (this will give a place to route the duct work and existing plumbing) then in the middle set the height up to 6" below the floor joists so I can custom build removable panels that will allow access to plumbing and other utilities when needed.

Harbor Freight aluminum jack. Old jack had paid for itself and started malfunctioning. And I was tired of its 60-70 pound weight, hence aluminum. This one is light enough to be comfortably one handed if it wasn't so awkward.

1.5 tons is more than I'll need for home gamer use.

What did NOT come in the mail today was the new latch for my center console. Now I will continue to be tortured by that spring loaded cover that's flapping around like a Croc's jaw.
Would have been here today but, with all the fruitcakes being sent around.....
