Yeah you did pretty much everything I can think of as far as troubleshooting the SSD goes, it's probably fried. Be glad that it's still under manufacturer warranty lol. Before you put a new SSD into it though, I would see if a regular hard drive works and is recognized by the server. And works fine for a a day or two just to rule out the psu as the cause of your fried drive.

:undecided: Actually, I think you might be onto something here. One of my DVD drives (same machine) crapped out on me about 2 weeks ago. I had a couple spares in the parts bin, so didn't think much of it. I've been kinda wanting a new PSU (modular) but haven't had a good enough excuse to buy one. Truck mods take priority.

i don't know much bout computers

 That's funny. When SSDs get big enough for mass storage, that will be a wrap. :satan:

Received a notice to vacate because the owners want to move back here in 44days now. Went from house hunting with absolutely no deadline to having one.:hissyfit:
Been here 2.5years.

Plus side, guess who's getting a dog in August! They said 20lbs max after hearing I wanted a lab. Just because your children can't handle their own lab (children are older than I am), they freaking re-wrote the lease!

Chance we might be able to score a mortgage for less than our current rent. Have to have some reserves to go play in the

Not good brother. 44 days is a quick turnaround time to find a house and move. Good luck to you though.

Man those rays sure do draw a crowd...

Might be pregame warm ups or 7th inning stretch (Piss break and beer time). I do not remember ever going to a Reds game at Great American Ball Park that was not packed! Sad to say it has been years since I have been home to see a game :hissyfit:

Rolled to the junk yard with Jimmy for some scavenging. Came away with a couple of door checks, and a mostly intact crossbar (just missing the posts to secure it to the grille piece) all for only $20

Getting ready to head back to Texas after spending a week up by Storm Lake, IA cleaning up fallen trees from storms. Also went to Cedar Rapids and trailered my 86 MCSS back to the farm for safe keeping til I can get it back to TX for restoration.

i posted it when i took it, post says 10pm so that has to be the 9th inning. cabrera and fielder gave us a beating...

honestly the location of the stadium in st pete is terrible for drawing a crowd. if it was in a more central location like east tampa attendance would be much better. lightning games are always packed and i'm sure there are less hockey fans in tampa than baseball fans. they want a new stadium but st pete won't let them out of their lease unless the new stadium is still in st pete, which realistically shouldn't happen... and its a looong lease...

Since there's nothing on TV today, decided to dismantle my old PC PSU. Read something online that looked interesting to try, and the guy said he used some parts out of an old PSU, so why not? I don't know if it's because the solder is so old or what, but it took forever to melt this stuff, and my desoldering braid was about as about as useful as a wing, on a front wheel drive ricer!! :hissyfit:

Judy got back from the new horseshoe casino here in Cincy. Had a friends birthday party at margaritaville and then hit the floor for a bit. Came home feeling good! I left up about a months mortgage.

Yesterday, we had a long weekend get together with some friends. We had a fish fry dinner with 3 cookers going, 2 with oil and 1 with water. We cooked 22 lobsters, a few trouts, beer battered fresh halibut, fish krisp'd fresh halibut, fish cakes made with fresh cod n potatoes, a cedar plank salmon fillet, french frys and a bunch of salads.

Later for the kids we had an arsenal of fireworks, 3 of us split the cost so we got lots. We drilled holes in a 2x4 to make a stand and would let off up to 8 at a time. We were blasting off fireworks for about an hour. For the finale we lined up about 30 air bombs and let go about 10 at a time. A few neighbors gathered around to watch and then another one up the street was yelling to shut the f*** up with the noise. Then a crazy woman drove up and almost run over my friend and then stopped in front of the house yelling like no tomorrow. My other friend walked up to the car and opened the door and had words with her and then she sped off with the door open knocking my friend to the ground and sped up the street like a lunatic. All in all it was an awesome day until the psycho woman tried to put a damper on things...

Hey psycho woman, we got the last BANG :raspberry:

Recovering from last night. My neighbor has a 4th of July party every year. (never on the 4th though)

He's in a local band, so there's live music. They provide all of the burgers, brats and dogs. Everyone else brings a covered dish to share and their own beverage. Then...the fireworks. Pretty large display for a backyard show.

I didn't over-do it with the beer. :nono: It was the broccoli salad. I woke up at 4:00 AM with the worst heartburn. Kept me up for a couple of hours.

:undecided: Well we can research what kinda GMs the LKQ locations around the bay area have, and if they have somethin one of us might need to pick parts from, we can test our luck and see what we can find while you're here.

I have been customizing my new Note 2. Was going to get the S4 and decided to go with the note. The bigger screen is great when reading books.

Picked up a few odds and ends megs has a lot of new retail stuff. I don't get too picky on dressings and interior its all about Clay and M105 or 205 the paint is a little iffy in some areas already needs some love .
Walmart is a lifesaver and ofcourse i had to try all the new stuff

Went to the reds game last night. Reds dominated the giants with a score of 8-1 AND they called it after 6 innings due to rain. It was a good time though...
