Almost looks like something for the Impala instead of the Trailblazer. :undecided:

Speaking of which... I'm bringing something else down with me this year for ya.

Sitting at tire shop, getting wife's tires balanced. Tech broke a tpms sensor and waiting to leave. Turns out they are covering it and because I turned down the $40 lifetime balance, I only paid $20 for a one time. Tires are being replaced before winter. Also bought a $2 coolant tester. Just saved myself a few hours and some change. 146k on original coolant.:undecided:

Just got home from taking the long way home and they didn't rotate the tires! figured since they were off to balance save me the time right?! Nope. Instead of doing them I called the national concern line just so it trickles and is heard, lol.

I actually marked the tires with a bic pen so I could see what pattern they rotated with, I rotate and inspect religiously-have to with how hard I drive it. That and they wanted to charge me for a tpms sensor THEY BROKE.

Think I'll go wash the tb now

Look who came for a visit today! Ok I live in the burbs definitely not in a rural setting. There are some heavily wooded areas near my subdivision but it is rare to see something like this around here. I was cutting my grass today and went to grab the weed eater that was leaning against the house and just about had a heart attack. From my little google research I think he's a black rat snake, but I'm not 100% sure. Can Anyone confirm or deny that??

I left him alone(after closing the garage!) and I think he made his way into the next door neighbors yard. Anyway I thought I would share since it was the biggest thing to happen to me today...

Those are the good snakes to leave alive.

I just finished fixing the turn signals on the Cummins my buddy bought. Now I got free use of a tow rig...

Finished reading "Hero Found" pow escape of Dieter Dengler during Vietnam. They would keep a snake trapped in one cell, so when it caught a rodent they would tear the thing out of its mouth for food because even the guards weren't fed. So if you have rodents, they are good to have around.

At the same time? Sounds like a sweet job

I go through about 20 GB a month watching Netflix on my phone at work. Still leading production, but I got to have something to keep block out the typical office BS the old people around me yack about. I think they are worse than school girls about rumors and trash talking each other.

So today...I get to review appraisals and watch a couple movies.

Yep...Happy Wife, Happy life, I agree. Going to buy a car today I hope, after 3 weeks looking for a car for the wife we almost bought a 2012 Malibu LTZ but she didn't like the interior, then we almost got her a 09 G8 with 18000 km's on it but no sun roof or leather. Then on to a 2010 Cadillac CTS4 luxury sport but that was pushing the dollars higher than I wanted to pay. She wanted a dodge avenger or hyundai elentra  so after lots of convincing and searching I finally found her this. They accepted my offer on the phone so we're heading out shortly to see if it's any good.

Today I went to the Party Source in Bellevue, KY to stock up for our Gatlinburg trip. It is basically a beer/wine/liquor/party supply superstore. It's awesome, like a candy store for adults.

My grandpa was from the south, he was the chief of police and fought alongside the americans against the north
This was the reason my dad, brother and sisters made it to canada.
My dad took our family back in 2008/09 and found out how bad it is over there lol you cant say anything about the south, everything is considered north vietnam/vietnamese
If you have a south vietnam flag on display they'll shoot you
cops are very crooked, you can pay them to get away with anything or pay them to do anything
if you accidentally hit a person with a car you have to support them for life so people will normally reverse and run you over again and again till you're dead so they only have to pay 3-5million vietnamese dollars (1.5 million is equal to $100 US dollars) to make it go away
Really crazy shit goes on but its sad because its such a gorgeous country

Too funny. You made a very nice choice!

I wanted to drive a 3.5 6spd Altima but I couldn't find one in the time we were looking. Can't have folks confusing it for my car if I'm driving!

Thermostat, coolant drain, oil, and rotate on on the wife's Mazda. Too bad she might only notice her CEL off. Now to go find some backroads and zoom zoom. Then maybe I'll wash the TB before going out. I'll save waxing her car until she knows and sees that I did. She will notice if I vacuum her car out, so I'll prob do that too:wink:

Decided to expand my LED addiction from the truck, to the house, and took the plunge with some LED bulbs. :lightbulb:

There are some hot spots during the day, that don't show up in the pic, but they are still nice and bright. We'll see how they look in a few hours once the sun starts going down and the room is darker.

Margaritas with the wife and Fast and Furious  . Went for a long country drive with my newly tuned PCM and her acceleration and shifting is amazing. Too bad I will not see any gained MPGs in the near future.

We used Mountain Laurel Chalets. http://www.mtnlaurelchalets.com/
We have used them and one other company when booking these trips. Basically we shop around for the best deal on whatever size house we need based on the group coming. This time we got a sweet place for 7 of us. 4 br, 3 full bath, hot tub, pool table, fooseball, air hockey, wet bar in the game room. Flat screens in both living rooms and in all bedrooms. This is the nicest one I've been in. You really can't go wrong though, there all usually very nicely equipped.
