Sorry not leaving you hang... we just got done. My computer monitor said 159 as I began to slow down...had about 2500 rpms left and i am unsure how much trans left. SOOOOOO ADDICTING :eek: :D

I was too afraid to push it more and blow it up. I didn't know that this could go that fast with the 4l60e...but ill take it.

Drove a couple hundred miles in the truck and loved it. Had her dirty Saturday, but cleaned up for Sunday cruising.

I spent the day getting my ass kicked by my truck. On a positive note one side is ready to be completed after I yank the other UCA off. Also I'm still fighting a lower ball joint. Going to go back at it tomorrow
Think I was a bit too ambitious to do everything at once.

WOW!!! That's haulin' ass!!!! I bet you shocked a lot of people with a FAST SUV.
 
I was surprised myself! It just kept wanting to go too. A lot of people came up to me after that and were much more interested in it after they heard it than when it was just on display. There were some awesome cars and planes there today!

I would hate to live in Florida. I'm a winter kinda person. I HATE the summer (cept the fact that girls run around half naked). But I'd much prefer winter. You can always add layers, you can only take off so much til you get arrested.

Well if it is any consolation I keep seeing more and more forecasts for quite the blustery winter this year.
 
Dropping the suit off at the dry cleaners. Going to 8th and I to watch the Marine Corps silent drill team Friday.

You know it summer you start seeing rolls. :rotfl: I grow up in Florida, it isn't half bad but I do prefer snow/fall/winter.
 
it kinda sucks not being able to comfortably wear jeans between 11am-5pm. I'll say that living on the gulf is a lot better than living inland like Orlando as you generally get a nice breeze. Hot, stagnant, humid air is what kills you.

I'll cry and moan about how brutal work was, then I'll ride my bike to the beach at 3pm and drink an overpriced frozen rum runner while eying the lllla-dies! with my feet in the sand and forget about the awful farmers tan/red neck I have

Or being able to wear jeans comfortably from about 8 am until 9 pm because of 222% humidity and 90+ heat.
 
I drove 170 miles today for work. Very humid. Glad the AC in the truck works.
 
After work today, going to go work the Kid Rock, Uncle Kracker, ZZ Top concert for charity.
 
Apparently i get to go ream out some payday loans people.....that ought to be fun...
