I saw a truck that had a sign on the back "DO NOT PASS ON RIGHT" but it was cruising in the left lane So I passed on the right. Do some truckers not check their right mirrors when changing lanes I wonder?

Had that happen a few times. Can't be mad about passing on the right if you're hogging the left lane.

I think it's more for when the truck swings left to make a wide right turn. People think that the truck is going left and try to pass on the right.

I wish I was able to grab a pic but there was a VW Jetta TDI I came up on the highway the other day that had a stack welded to its tailpipe It wasn't semi-sized but it still stuck up a little above the roof line.

No. You only get 10 added HP if you install them correctly. It's only 5 HP if they're upside down.

At least she gave me fair warning, so when the gap between her and the cars in front of her (in the left lane of course) went from 1 car length, to about 3 blocks, I wasn't surprised.

I know a guy who did that once. He got up to an angle so high that when he backed down the hitch stuck in the ground.
That was a royal pain to that one back down. If I had to guess I would say it was at about a 40 degree angle.
