That's why i don't even want to start with that stuff. there will always be something that will mess it up eventually.

:iagree:
I'll probably eventually get the TBSS interior door panels put in, I can keep everything else that I painted since nothing ever messes with that

Yeah i would like to myself, I found someone that was selling the entire interior of an ss in black leather. he wanted $500 for the whole thing but it was in nevada i think. way too far for me
Wow that's a steal. I was looking at TBSS seats for $699 for the whole set, but too much money at once.

I heard using vinyl dye is much more preferable to using paint on the interior, since it etches into the plastic, instead of just coating the top layer. :twocents:

Got some free parts from a Spectre Intake Kit that my bud had taken off of our other buddies truck before he left the Army. Gonna see if I can jerry-rig it with some other universal intake parts at the local Auto Parts stores to replace the stock airbox. Maybe my Airaid Intake might perform a little better doing so.

For the stock airbox, many of us take a Dremel to it and cut out the airbox resonator, which opens it up quite a bit. Also changes the intake's tone a bit too.

Every time i'm in Walmart I always pass the dremel's and say nahh i'll wait to get one. If I had just bought one instead of putting it off i'd probably give that a go right now.

I took that part out completely and threw it away :)
Which is definitely an option, unless you get a paint mod bug that wants to spray pieces under the hood. One less thing to mod. Uh oh you guys, we need to give Brandon more support for his modding!! :raspberry:

The extra pieces I got are Chrome (yuck), it'd make some Anodized Blue look mad shiny though if I sprayed it over.

Me and Brandon could not stop thinking of what to mod on my TB this past weekend. The Mod Bug was lodged in our brains

Atleast you don't have a mummified frog in yours like the original housings did on mine when I first bought her :rotfl: I still have them by the way, I never throw away original parts. Still have plenty of goodies from my Yukon.

I got most parts stock...

I like keeping OE parts, I just find it neat and you get to see how much stuff you've modded or swapped out

Thats true. I had a garage full of OE parts from my 98 Civic I left at my dad's house after graduating college. I think he ended up selling all the parts after I traded in the Civic for the TB.
