Mine are chrome as well, same for the shifter button, also had the elusive white gauge faces.

I've been doing a lot of online shopping for TBs recently, so here's what I've found...

05 got the smaller aesthetic upgrades (chrome interior door handles, updated Trailblazer badges, shifter handle too I think, etc...) I think this is when they changed the dome light layout also
06 got the updated LT bumpers/grille
07 is when they changed the rear wiper arm

Pretty sure 05 is when they changed the buttons on door modules too..

Well dang.. I guess I need to be looking for 06's then
Yeah I was going by the door module recall, since that's when they changed them. If you get newer style ones don't get the burn prone ones!

Rough cut the aluminum I am going to use to make the first "prototype" for the rear glass hatch handle. It will get finish milled tomorrow during work and maybe a little machining after hours

They take on the color of whatever LED or Strip your put inside the cluster. It just has a really cool look to it
Here's an example with white LEDs

Maybe if you can rig up a 5mm LED as close to the stepper motors as possible, it might pick up the light. A 3mm might be even better. That's all I could think of on how to have them a different color than what the majority of the cluster is. They look transluscent enough to be seen during the day [emoji12]

Sexy. Any way to light them up with a different color? Wont they be hard to see on a black background during the day?
I put white/clear needles in my Camaro (they light up green from my LEDs at night) and I don't find them hard to see during the day at all.

Domes, blinkers and I needed a couple extra. I didn't want to do 10 & 10. Planning on having the clicky domes be white and the domes that aren't clicky be green.
That's....strange lol

Dual Color domes? That hasn't been done before?
I could see that being done with the 194 panels possibly by splitting each color in half and joining them together. Done see how you are going to do it with a single 194 socket unless you remove the chips from each LED and combine them in one. Unless you are talking about one green LED in one map light and a white LED in another map light :undecided:

Thought all GMT360's have 2 sockets in each dome light. Wasn't aware that single socket ones exist

2002-2004 have the 2 bulb per seat, outside edge version of dome lights. 2005 and up have the single bulb, center of the roof style I believe.

Dang, are those not terribly dim with stock bulbs? The 02-04 swb have 9 bulbs and lwb has 11 and that's not very bright to me.

Excluding the roof console thing that sometimes have two bulbs.

It's great to me even with stock bulbs. My mom has a pathfinder with 2 overhead console lights in the front, 1 square panel in the middle and one square panel in the cargo area. That's dark for ya...

You kept that information a secret.

Me too bro...maybe the centered ones (Brandon's style) has only one. Glad I have the opportunity to be unique
Never seen a TB thata requires (2) 194 bulbs for one map light. All of the ones I have seen require (4) 194s, (1) for each map light for the driver and passenger front and (1) for each of the rear passenger seats, and (1) 212 for the cargo area.

Post some pics of your unique map lights.

Mine above the doors are 2 bulbs per light.. 1 per light for 3rd row.. N 1 per light in overhead console n of course the cargo. So I have (6) 5 5050smd 194s n (8) 15 5050smd panels for domes.. 8 instead of what should be 7 because I used 2 panels in the cargo light.

Yep that's what I have. 8x 194 bulbs (2x per light) and then the festoon in the cargo area that I put two 5050 boards in.

All GMT360/370/305s from 2002-2004 had them. Located above the outside shoulder of the passenger...

Front bulb is switched, rear bulb isn't.

Maybe the wording was confusing, but those map lights still only take (1) 194 per map light. Same concept as all of the TBs, just so happens is he has (4) extra 194 bulbs.

Here I though 1894 had something unique :rotfl:
