The snow blowers auger didn't take to kindly to a chunk of cement in it, Had to go 2 hours north in a snow storm to drop it off for rebuilt, attach flighting to a new shaft,

Long way home from MIL's at the daughters request. We dropped though the ice on the creek crossing and she was done with the "offroading". Failed to think about pics then but truck pulled right out once 4x4 was engaged.

The downside to the mild weather in this little corner of the country is that Vancouver is the most expensive city in Canada to live in. Highest gas prices on the continent, and those little 70 year old bungalows on that street sell for $800,000+. That's why I live 80km up the Fraser Valley.

Went out to see if the lakes were still frozen. Thought i would be the first to go through the snow. I was not.
Until i got to this hill. Backed down and took a second run at it.

Headed north up the hi way to pick up some parts last Thursday. About 30 minutes later heading back south I see smoke. Got the phone ready for pics as I notice a firetruck is approaching me from behind. I sped up so I wouldn't get stuck behind him figuring he'd be staging from the southbound lanes. Glad I didn't stop for lunch on the way up. Looks like Ford van to me.
